Great customer service and easy to set up! We booked our unit online, it was ready and waiting for us by the next day!Had a question/concern about a lock and the manager, Tim, helped us solve our issue the very next day! He went above and beyond to give us peace of mind and secure our unit. Greatly appreciate his kindness and assistance!

Customer service is amazing. Extremely accommodating for my needs. Process quick and to the point. A MUCH better experience compared to the one at 5580 ockeechobee Blvd. I prefer to travel a bit longer just due to the better customer service. GREAT JOB
