I had a horrible experience here suave the owner is very rude and doesn’t have good customer service skills, neiydi did my nails and within a week 4 nails were broken! I’m upset that she soaked my natural nails way to long and they became very thin, she didn’t make the dip powder last long at all and was very brittle uneven and the shaping of my almond nails are all crooked, Anna had to fix my nail as well as suave and they both did a horrible job shaping almond nails when I told her how I wanted them she gave me an attitude as well as neyidi when I came back to fix my nails, I will never be returning here because the shop looks unorganized for one and none of the nail techs know how to properly shape nails, that I’ve experienced, if you like mediocre work come here because it is definitely not elite.

I got a soak off & a new set with black ombré.
The girl who did my nails hooked it up. Had so much patience with it and took her time and only paid $65 before her tip out. I live 2.5 hours away from here and I’ll definitely make the drive to just come back.

Hidden gem! Nail techs are absolutely amazing, very gifted and skilled. Been going here for 4 years and wouldn’t trade it for the world. The owner Suave is super funny and welcoming. Highly recommend

Nadine helped me and she was sweet and professional. I’m sorta antisocial so it was nice that she would only engage if I engaged. I love her wax work leaves my eyebrows full, clean, and even. Was delicate with my toes but thorough. Answers any of my questions and politely tries to upsell me which I appreciate cause I hate being pressured. The prices are reasonable. Great little place. Just try not to go after 5pm cause they’re always so busy.Services: Foot massages

I review many places and I always take the "one star" people with a grain of salt most of the time. So let me just start by saying it's all about who you get. Right? So, I walked into this place the first time and granted, I was not that impressed, but this is not Beverly Hills. The location is behind a dollar store... so, my point is, you really get what you pay for sometimes. And sometimes you stumble across a hole in the wall little gem. But my little gem is Lettie. She is truly a gem. She takes her time and knows her job extremely well. She has a beautiful spirit. I don't care about anyone else in there, but when she does my nails, I'm the only person in the room. So I give this place 5 stars. And please, hold onto this little gem as she will go far.

When I got my toes done I had to argue with the lady to get my nails done the exact design I wanted, it took me an extra hour to finish my toes bc of it. And then I got a full set and it broke off within a couple weeks and I've had my nails done for years and I've never had a set just rip off my hand with anything I touch.You better be ready to waste money here

I tried this place bc of their good Google reviews. I was placed with a nice Cuban girl who did not speak English. This made it difficult to communicate with her. She did okay with my Acrylic fill. I did have to request she go over places she missed with the drill. While in the middle of my pedicure I saw multiple roaches running in and out the bottom of the pedicure chairs. The salon is older with worn out furniture. She almost used a dirty foot scrubber, I had to request for a clean and or new one. The bathroom also had roaches running on the floor. The salon is not clean.Services: Pedicure
