We had the sincere pleasure of meeting and working with Doris yesterday at the West Palm Beach location. She is not only an amazing decorator, but her product knowledge is second to none!We have been to many other stores, and never received the type of friendly and knowledgeable service we received from Doris. She is never pushy and you will never feel like she’s trying to sell you something. Her genuine interest is in making your home feel warm and welcoming and listening to needs.She will always offer her honest opinion when asked. If you expect your furniture to last more than 2 months outside of their 1 year warranty, do not buy from this store. When it breaks down, they won't do anything for you besides tell you to pay for a technician and any parts. I expressed substantial concern about the quality of the product when I purchased it, and how long the motor would last. I was assured repeatedly by their sales person about their power recliner sofa. My previous recliner sofa from a different store lasted over 6 years without issue, this one lasted 13 months before it started to act up and less than one month later it went out completely. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement.

I made the purchase of a bedroom set and the dresser's drawers opened and they told me that the warranty expired but it seems to me that it shouldn't have happened and the only thing it has is my child's clothes and all the furniture that I have When you buy, the same thing always happens, they have a problem and they tell you that they can't help you if you don't have the guarantee that you had to pay for a technician when they are the ones who make the poor quality furniture.
