The driver was on time and he was pretty chill. The van was clean.He charged me twice as much as the Uber app. quote, which was $30 and east coast charged me $63. Seemed a bit excessive!! I think an account with Uber is a better way to go!

Terrible service. Incompetent operator. Booked taxi two days ahead to go to airport. They sent another company last minute as they were unable to fulfill my request and they refused credit card as I had SPECIFICALLY mentioned when booking with East Coast. Had to scramble to find enough cash and get to airport on time. Highly recommend NOT using them and not having the stress of being late.

Do not recommend. Overcharged for service and no air conditioning in taxi. I went about a 1.5 miles from pickup to destination. I asked how much and was charged $20. I asked what the meter said and driver said it was broken. I asked how he knew the cost and he said because he knew. I got in cab and there was no AC. I asked if broken and he rolled down the windows. I guess the old 4x35 AC still works. The last thing, they were late for pickup. Waited over an hour for cab. DONT USE SERVICE!!!!

My mom booked this taxie like Wednesday and by 5am this morning my mom called them and left like 3 messages and nobody never called her back we had to call another taxie service my mom said that they were always reliable in the past but not this morning worst taxie service ever don't use

I booked a taxi for a flight out of PBI. The flight was at 6:15 so I was worried I wouldn't get an Uber. Thinking a Taxi service would be the most reliable I scheduled a 4:25 pickup. Confirmed on the phone and everything. Well, the taxi never showed up. Luckily I was able to get an Uber. Wish I could leave 0 stars.
