DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, first off you will be waiting at the airport for a extended period of time waiting for their shuttle that “comes every 20 minutes”, when we finally got to their rental office I worked with Richard I believe his name was and he will treat you like a criminal, first he asked me when I planned on coming back and I told him the date ( which I already scheduled and paid for) then he forced me to take my phone out to prove to him my returning flight. After that he told me “since you are early we don’t have any SUV’s” ( I was maybe 10 mins early) after I told him I need a SUV cause that’s what I paid for and I need the room, he questioned me on why I need the room. I had to explain to him I had luggage and the Malibu he wanted to give me would not fit ( Not that I should I have to explain anything, cause I paid for a full size SUV) after that he went to go look to see what else he had, he came back and said I was all set and he had a SUV, it was not a full sized SUV it was a chevy equinox which is small, that was whatever I made it work, this Car was a wreak. Back was smashed up, inside was dirty and smelled, was 15 thousand miles overdue for a oil change. I was nervous my time driving it, it would break down. Surprisingly drop off was easy, I did see some poor lady arguing with Richard though.

Rarely bash a company, but this is not a good company to rent from. Fees where added that were not needed once I arrived to pick up rental. Unlimited mileage really wasn't unlimited. Felt more like trying to rent a car from hustlers on the streets. Save time and money go to a reliable and reputable rental company....
