I can give this place no stars really. I don't know if it is under the same management from a few years ago. But I went here. Just had a baby was ill bit needed to do laundry. When your not well you are kind of oblivious. But I had 3 dryers occupied. One which was not working properly. I spoke with the attendant who said she couldn't help me so I politely requested to speak with the manager. I pleaded with them to finish drying that one load as I had used all my coins and had no more money. A couple witnesssing the whole scenario was kind enough to dry the load. The couple was witness that I was not rude or loud with the manager or attendant. Long story short. The police was called on me. I had no idea because I was not asked to leave and was arrested for trespassing which is now a record I have that hinders employment. 10 out of 10 do not recommend this place.

I've been using this laundromat for about 6yrs, most of the attendants are pleasant and helpful.
My reason for doing this review is to commend the owner, let me elaborate, the laundromat didn't open by it's usual time this morning 2/25/24, the owner paid for wash and dry for all those who waited until it was opened.
I think I was real generous of the owner to do that, alot of times others will post negative reviews about establishments so I think positivity such as this should be made public as well.
Thank you for your kind gesture, it was really appreciated.

When I first moved to Florida this was the closest place never had a problem. Now 20 years later service is not even comparable. I am missing an entire side of my wardrobe about 15 panties 4 to 5 pair of Nike workout pants for women and about three Jordan male hoodies and three Nike long sleeve workout shirts, and all I was told is maybe the owner will call you back they may be under two dollars a load but I’d pay more to make sure my clothes came back to me never will use againAnd the only answer I could get from the lady on the phone was I did wash your clothes but I did not fold them. Sorry I don’t know what to tell you.So there’s no Care in the fact that clients are Missing parts of their laundry

The washer doesn’t wash well. I brought it to the attendant attention and she didn't care. I wasted 7.50 to wash my comforters. The ceiling is leaking. This was horrible.

One of the cheapest laundry services I've used. Less than $2 a pound for same day washing. Dropped off and was told it was ready for pickup in about 4 hours. They folder my clothes and put my work shirts on hangers. Quick and fast service. Would recommend.

If care about your time you money dont come here take it from someone who has been coming for 7 years here every week I am tired disappointed and feel very disrespected is a joke at This point to any customers that comes here there is no air conditioning is hot as hell some little fans around the inside that don't help at all like at least 10 dryers are broken not even starting with the washer and cut that amount in have because the attendants use some of them to do drop of , and to add to that the prices are ridicules for dryers with 3 little things They won't even dry with 2 dollars some customers will get your clothes out of the dryers and still your time the ceiling is full of holes that leak water all the time there are buckets of water around the place collecting the water and let's not get started about one of the employees who is a disrespectful who even offered to hit me with the owner never apologized for he in apparently does not take action on the matter nor is he interested in his clients, at least for what he charges for these services, he should have a place with an appropriate atmosphere, no heat, humidity, smell of mold ,leaks everywhere and extremely arrogant and annoying employees without more to add hope you don't come here unless you have time and money to throw away

visitó este Londry,desde que comenzo,había recorrido todos los de West Palm y al final encontré uno que tuviese vergüenz,desafortunadamente,es uno más de los tantos que existen,las secadoras en una hilera de 10 máquinas solo sirven 4,asi sucesivament, el personal trabajador,a princopio era casi Perfecto,ahora nada que ver de 5 que conozco solo 3 valen la pena,yo en particular fui uno de los tantos días a lavar y comenze con una alergia grandísima (al parecer algún detergente químico etc) y le pedí un po de ag a la Sra que en ese momento estaba trabajando """""",para tomarme una pastilla,y su respuesta fue que no tenía y siguió su labor de trabajo que era viendo videos en su teléfono muy sentada,en fin ese gran y con tremendo potencial está perdiendo todo su valor
