They sell tobacco products to minors. I closely watch my son's bank transactions and when I found cigarettes in his backpack, I see he made a purchase at this establishment.

Best vape shop in downtown west palm. Staff is excellent, selection is excellent, hours are convenient for all, location is tops, and prices are better than their competitors on the clematis strip. Don't go anywhere else, this is the place.

My favorite shop, it’s the only one I visit now- and they have their own product which is excellent! The Lost Karen disposable rechargeable vapes- try them, they are amazing!!

Went in there this morning and was the only customer . I was totally ignored by the women behind the register who had no clue about anything . And she was talking to another employee maybe the owner who was in front of the resister talking to her ? I asked if they carried the brand cake and she had no clue what I was talking about ! And the gentleman was like “yeah they are right here” talking to me like I’m stupid ( I couldn’t see them cus they were right behind the employee who wouldn’t move her @$$ from the register . Anytime i asked a question it was like I was a bother ! I felt very uncomfortable and won’t be back! Customer service is something they have never heard of. why hire someone or work at a shop you know nothing about or carriage learn about the products the store sells? Maybe they should try something other than retail because from reading the other reviews I see people experience the same rudeness I did today . They are nothing special and they’ll be out of business in no time because they won’t be able to afford the rent unless it gets new ownership again and they hire some fantastically employees and not somebody that just wants to stand behind the register hating life and can’t be bothered. I never write reviews but I am so disgusted by the way I was treated today at this store. ?♀️?✌️

With the new ownership these guys don't know what there doing, they told me to buy a smaller bottle of vape juice that turned out not to work with mine as it was burning my coil, and way to strong as it was 46mg.
