They're in desperate need of hiring help. The store shelves are empty with piles of boxes stacked up around the perimeter of the isles just waiting to be unpacked/stocked. Only one person on a register, long check out line. They don't have as large a freezer case as some other Dollar Trees. 1/2024 Hiring!! Stacks of inventory on skids waiting to be unloaded! Need a job??

The store manager STOPPED cashing out customers to allow an employee to SKIP the line, it’s a Saturday & the lines are EXTREMELY LONG. The manager was soooo disrespectful in front of at least 30 customers that were all looking in disbelief. The employee had the audacity to go & get another item after she had SKIPPED a line full of customers. There are tons of Dollar Trees in the West Palm Beach área. If you can SKIP this one. I promise you’ll be doing yourself & your family a great favor. Look at the cameras it’s Saturday between 2-3 pm 8/19/2023#Neveragain #EmployeeSKIPSline #Shameful

The store is amazing! They have a lot of cool stuff and everything is so organized so far. The cashier cashing me out had a nasty attitude. But other than that nice store.

I love it? They have absolutely EVERYTHING that I shop for and it is very convenient for me because I’m almost always in that area...I just hope they give customers an Option to load money on to Chime like other stores...But so far so good...Thank You guys for opening up at this location it was the best choice for a lot of others as long as you continue to hire a good staff and no ghetto mess

Yikes. Places like this are the reason I'd like my CWL. I came in for a few things I knew I could grab from DT. When I saw the entrance door was broken, I should've turned and left. They had a van parked out front with someone soliciting donations for an unknown charity. I'm unsure how much business they assumed to do outside of a dollar store, but props to them for having the courage to stay any longer than I did. When I walked in, I was hit with the smell of what I assume was food going bad. I walked the entire store, even though I knew exactly what I was looking for, and it was upsetting. Having worked in both hospitality and retail, I would be ashamed to own, or even work at this establishment. The floors were dirty, the shelves were dirty and the inventory was a mess. They must be short-staffed, as they only had two cashiers working the registers, although one was hanging out in the back room (or excuse for a back room, it's only enclosed by it's walls, you could throw a baseball over the top). The young gentleman that rang me up was very nice, and wished me a Happy New Year. I would've offered him a job if it wasn't for the line of customers looking at me like I didn't belong there. I've lived here for a few months, and now I understand why my neighbors say to shop farther south.

When I enter, it was very dirty. We need assistance and waited for 15 minutes for an employee. The line was moving so slow; the cashier was very rude. In general, I would never recommend going to this store again.

This particular location is HUGE! Most often they have what I'm shopping for in stock; however, keep in mind they feature extra end caps due to the size of the store. For example, I was in need of fuzzy socks for holiday baskets. These were empty on the aisle yet I was able to locate a display with an abundant amount. Winning! Another benefit of this massive store is I can find some neat affordable gifts here; whereas, other locations don't offer the same variety of items. This is the perfect venue for obtaining stocking stuffers. An added bonus is Auto Zone is located directly next door do one can tackle their automobile needs as well.

Slave labor and environmental degradation aside, I love dollar stores. The sheer scope of unnecessary and necessary items in a plethora of sizes and colors, each a single dollar, does actually enthrall me.
