Best Dollar Tree store I've ever been to. People there take pride in their work unlike other locations. It will definitely keep me coming back.

I wouldn’t say it is bad but it’s good just that it needs to be more organized. Like things are all over the floor and also the service is really a meh to me. And outside when your going to get in outside smells like cigarettes sometimes. So please I hope it smells better to protect our home. And clean up the mess a little at least it will make this rating much better if it gets cleaner.

The difference between this place and others I have visited is noticeable. The interior is untidy, making it difficult to locate items, and the worst part is the long queues. When it was my turn to pay, I politely requested the lady's permission to assist in packing my items, which seemed to upset her… hahaha omgush!

Great selection of items. Large freezer section, candy, chips, you name it. The stores neat, not chaotic as some of the dollar trees are seen.

Dollar Tree saves you lots of money. Brand names are guaranteed to be good. The dollar store brand is good, but not necessarily always. Still, Dollar Tree is one of the best stores. Never let the stores appearances fool you. There are great savings at the Dollar Tree stores for everyone.

Do NOT shop at this location! It’s dirty, has 4+ handwritten signs all over the registers & most importantly, the supervisor and manager make their own policies, regardless of company policies. I came in to return extra UNOPENED Easter basket items a day before Easter (Saturday). The receipt clearly states, “we will gladly exchange any unopened items.” The young lady who I originally spoke with told me I couldn’t exchange them. I told her what the receipt said and asked where it was posted in the store. She referred me to a rude lady who I’m assuming is a supervisor or an assistant manager. Because she refused to give me her name, I’ll describe her. She’s a heavy set, Spanish lady with a burn mark across her entire face. She said that’s their policy, regardless of what the receipt said called the manager on the phone. He was screaming, “ma’am, we don’t exchange seasonal items” and I told him it’s not on the receipt nor in the store and that Easter is tomorrow.” He said, because you’re yelling, I’m not doing anything for you. He then told me to give the phone back to the lady with the burn mark and she told me he said, “google the corporate number, he’s not giving it to me.” So that’s exactly what I did. She refused to give me her or the managers name which is poor customer service. This location needs new management. It’s dirty and they make their own rules. I called the corporate office, left a message and will be following up. I drove a half mile up the street and exchanged the items with NO ISSUE. Don’t waste your time coming here, drive the extra .5 mile and go to the one off southern. I’m utterly disgusted with the customer service and will never return.
