Dining Alternatives offers a tremendous selection of tables, chairs and stools. Whatever your style, you will find it here! The staff is friendly, courteous, and professional. I had the honor of working with the owner, Linda. Linda is a designer who is very gifted and talented. She helped me pick the perfect table and counter stools. Being attentive to "detail", Linda focused on size, finishes, and fabric; all while making sure I was happy and getting what I wanted. Once my furniture is delivered, I will post photos. I highly recommend Dining Alternatives!!!

I just ordered a table and chairs. Even though I find it difficult to make design decisions, Linda was extremely patient and worked with me until I felt comfortable with my choices. I was also very happy to buy a table made in America and chairs made in Canada. It was a wonderful experience, and I strongly recommend going to Dining Alternatives. I will follow up when I receive the table and chairs. UPDATE: I received the table and chairs, and they are both gorgeous. The table and chairs were delivered precisely on time, within the two-week period I was given when I initially placed the order.

DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE! A fraud works here! UPS misdelivered my package, and whomever took in their delivery took it upon themselves to open up a package that clearly wasn't for them, and activate the debit card was inside, and proceed to the ATM to withdraw money, and go to Walmart in Palm Springs to spend MY money.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Linda is doesn’t return calls or respond unless you get an attorney involved. Ordered dining furniture and it took a year to get it. Meanwhile, there is no way to get your money back. Forget disputing the charge. Just don’t buy from them. Finally got furniture and it was damaged. No recourse. Threw money away shopping at this business. Would have been better off buying from target or city furniture.

We had a very unsatisfactory experience with this retailer. We purchased a dining room table from them in September 2022, and would never purchase anything from them again. In our opinion the owner was unresponsive and provided very poor customer service, often ignoring messages and telephone calls. We had to send them a certified letter. In contrast, their delivery people were polite and conscientious.

ON 2-3-2022, MY WIFE AND i WENT TO DINING ALTERNATIVES LOOKING FOR A KITCHEN TABLE, LINDA WYSONG, THE OWNER SHOWED US AROUND, AND WE SETTLED ON KITCHEN SET. WE SETTLED ON A SET THAT HAD TWO RED CHAIRS WITH SHOCK SUPERSONIC FABRIC\nJC1009. THE CHAIRS WERE $249 EACH FOR A TOTAL OF $498 FOR THE CHAIRS. THE TOTAL SET CAME TO A TOTAL FOR $1914.2 WITH TABLE, CHAIRS, METAL BASE, AND GLASS TOP AND DELIVERY. LINDA WYSONG SAID THE DELIVERY WOULD BE 10-12 WEEKS.\nWHEN THE SET CAME ON 4-21-2022 THERE WAS A PRICE INCREASE OF $500 OF WHICH WE WERE NEVER INFORMED. AFTER DICUSSING THIS INCREASE, OF WHICH LINDA SAID PAY THE INCREASE OR WE WILL TAKE IT BACK. SHE NEVER SAID WHAT WOULD HAPPEN TO OUR DOWN PAYMENT. MY WIFE BEGRUDINGLY SAID WE WOULD PAY $250 MORE IN GOOD WILL OF WHICH LINDA AGREED. TO ME A SIGNED CONTRACT IS LEGAL AND SHOULD BE FOLLOWED TO THE LETTER OF HE LAW. WE WANT OUR $250 SENT TO US.

We have purchased various furniture from here numerous times. Great selection, fair prices, professional set up and delivery. We just visited again recently for a few things we will need after our home renovation is completed.

We ordered a dining table in April 2021 and had a delivery date of May 1. Linda advised that truck driver got sick so delivery would be delayed. Our delivery was rescheduled to May 29, but again delivery driver was hurt. I called to request a refund. Linda would not refund my money and advised she would contact us when it arrives some time in June.

Beautiful selection of dining tables. They carry Amisco which has beautiful choices of metals, fabrics and glass tops to design your table and chairs. Be prepared to wait about 8 weeks or so for your table and chairs to arrive but worth the wait!

First : we felt very safe as to COVID prevention. 3 years ago we bought a table and chairs for our kitchen / family room, as well as barstools . They had the largest selection of sizes , beautiful bases , extremely comfortable chairs . I had been looking for a very particular set and they said they could order whatever we needed . We received it promptly , we were treated with careful attention . The set still looks great a few years later . We recently had 2 screws pop out of a chair . They promptly replaced them , at no charge, while we waited . Thank you!!! I highly recommend Dining Alternatives .

Less than one star....Ordered a table and four chairs...5 months later yes 5 months later got a phone call...we're open, can we deliver? Below id a phone call made after 3 months of waiting from one of the owners...real j**** Fred, Like I stated to you on the phone, the ownership of Dining Alternatives is not important when checking on the status of your order. DA is owned by a corporation made up of more individuals than just myself. I never said you can go after the LLC, I said I was protected by the LLC when you continued to badger me about the ownership and my last name. I started telling you that I have been in retail for 30 years and you began speaking over me again and insisting I give you my last name. So I will finish now, I have been in retail for 30 years and when I first became a store manager for a large retailer my mentor taught me many things and one was when a customer is asking for personal info over the phone never give it out. If they continue to bully you into giving in just tell them you are protected under the LLC. I asked him what was the LLC, he replied it sounds like a legal term but it actually stood for Loose Lips Clause. Just a reminder not give out personal info no matter how innocent it seemed, you do not know the other persons intentions. Please let me know how your conversation with the manufacturer goes, I would love to get your set in sooner and get it delivered to you. I have a feeling they are just going to refer you back to the retailer(Dining Alternatives) you purchased from. While I have no complaints about the kitchen table we bought, I am very unhappy with the service we received. We ordered a table and base on December 27, 2019 and were told by the owner, Linda, that it would take 4-6 weeks until it was ready. The fact that the table was finally delivered on March 9th, after 10&1/2 weeks, only partially explains why I am so dissatisfied with the service we received.
