I like to shop here. But I recently have found it hard to spend my money there. I wanted 2 pairs of sneakers 7 1/2 they couldn’t find me one in any brand I liked. My choice was 3 pairs . Want to buy a Penn Fathom reel and jigging rod nope don’t have that either. Trip was a bust. Would have dropped $$$$$

Oversell online and cancel orders at random. Just because you purchase something and it says available that doesn’t mean it is and you most likely will waste your time going in store to be told the item is no longer available. They don’t value people’s time or money as I now have to wait 7-10 days for a refund to process.

Horrible customer service from the gentleman that checked us out. I understand they want to go home we checked out at 8:58 but if your getting paid to do your job at least do it correctly.

Wish I could give ZERO or negative stars. Bought a pair of EvoShield batting gloves, 2 games and they totally ripped. Went back in and was informed by the customer service associate that the company no longer stands behind their products. They will only credit or refund products in “Re-Sellable” condition. Regardless if it was a manufacturer defect. I will not spend another dollar at Dick’s until this situation is rectified and the company apologizes for adopting such bad faith policy that they don’t notify you of.

This used to be a great store. I never worried about buying items online because I could return them with no issue if they didn't work out. However, today I brought in an unworn item with the tags still on it and the sales associate didn't want to take it back, claiming it couldn't be resold. I asked to speak to the store manager and he stalled, insisting the item needed a lint roller and could no be resold. He finally called a manager saying there was a customer here wanting to return an item that's covered with hair and lint and if he wanted him to take it back. Of course, he was very loud. No worries Nalm, I'm loud too and I don't embarrass easily. He pointed his finger at the return policy and told me to read it. The manager didn't come and I still refused to leave. So Nalm loudly called him out saying I wasn't leaving. The manager came storming behind the counter and told him to throw the item in defects and issue the refund. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the item. It's a shame if they do a chargeback. The associate and manager should not be customer facing. I'm too old to be spoken to like some deadbeat thief over a $20 item, so I won't be shopping there again. What kind of person fights with a customer over $20? I now know that if I'm not happy with a product that I'll be spoken to abusively no matter the condition of the item and may not even be able to return it.

Went to buy an item that was at a certain price. Cashier rang up different price. I showed her how they were priced. She could care less but did have a manager fix it. He was very friendly and helpful.

Great experience
Came in to shop for a handball. Curtis went out of his way to give me tips to see if a racquet ball was comparable. And it was !! Great customer service. Team members like him make the in-store shopping experience very pleasant.

KC was great at his job. He was helpful and had patience. Good customer service for someone that was his age. Hard to find young people that are interest in working and with good customer service
