Very Nice and professional. He took me right at my appointment time and I was done within 30 minutes. He changed the ties on the car balenced and test drive it to make sure that all was well. This is much better treatment I get here apposed to other car service chains. Thank you so much for helping us we'll be back again.

Minor repairs for my vehicle (Mercedes); Frankie and his team did a great job, car rides and runs like new. I can't believe how of a difference changing out the motor and transmission mounts made in the ride of the car, rides like new. Car was ready on same day and Frankie beat most repair shops by more than half the price on the repair. Will continue to take my cars to Frankie and his team. Thank you....

How this place stays in business is a mystery. Worst experience I've ever had with a repair shop. First the car wasn't touched for a week. When Mario finally started to work on the car , it was one excuse after another. Always promise to call me to update me about the car, never called. One day I went to check on the car, Mario had other customers parts on top of my hood just sitting there. When asked about this he just shrugged his shoulders like it was no big deal. After 8 weeks I had to take my car from Mario because I was sick of the excuses. My car interior was filthy with cigarette ash all over the floor and seats. The dashboard was damage around the lock cylinder. I ended up going to Arrigo To have the car fixed. Within a few days problem solved. If you look at the shop you can see how nasty the place is. Mario has a I don't care attitude. You will be very disappointed if you go here.

I was a bit hesitant in taking my 2010 Jeep Wrangler to J&J Auto. The owner was vague on how much it would cost to have the vehicle diagnosed. I am absolutely glad I did. Mario listened to what I had to tell him regarding the issues I was experiencing with my vehicle. Not only did he fix the main problem but also corrected some nuisance electrical issues as well. To top it all off, it only cost me $300. The local dealer wanted $4,200 but couldn't give me any comfort level that they knew what they were going to do. If you have a vehicle experiencing electrical issues I would highly recommend J&J Auto Electric!
