2000 Ford Pickup over 300K + Miles and Sill Reliable -
I've been bringing my 2000 Ford Truck (original owner) to D & R Automotive for over 10 years, and I couldn't be happier with the service they provide. The team at D & R is incredibly knowledgeable—they always explain what's going on with my vehicle in a way that's easy to understand, and I never feel like I'm being sold something I don't need.
Their customer service is top-notch; they're friendly, professional, and truly care about getting you and your vehicle back on the road safely and quickly.
Whether it's routine maintenance or a more complex repair, D & R Automotive is my go-to place, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled mechanic.

I took my Lincoln in for AC service, they were very fair and reasonable. They kept me informed of the issues and fixed the problem. I would recommend.

Avoid this shop to save yourself the hassle and money. I used to work for this shop a couple of years ago and liked it a lot, but things have changed. They now overcharge for parts, more than doubling parts prices, and have steep hourly rates without justification (and apparently I was fortunate enough to receive the "family" discount on labor). They claim working on an older truck (1988) is complex. If your problem isn’t fixed, don’t expect a refund or warranty. I paid a lot without any resolution.
My 1988 F-150 was towed here because it started stalling randomly. They claimed to have fixed it by tightening the distributor and installing a new oxygen sensor ($97) that wasn’t related to the issue (after nearly three hours). The total was $621 (for the sensor and labor), yet my truck stalled again shortly after, leaving me stranded for hours. Another shop fixed the actual issue, a faulty ignition module, in under two hours for less than half the price.
D&R charged me $97 for a $30 (retail) oxygen sensor sourced from the local Autozone/O'Reilly's. That is price gouging. Almost three hours to tighten a distributor and replace an O2 sensor is unreasonable, especially when these tasks didn’t address the real issue. They refused a refund or compensation for the inconvenience.
In summary, this shop overcharges and doesn’t guarantee their work. Go elsewhere to avoid disappointment and extra costs.

Would like to thank everyone there. I had my corvette in today to have the alignment checked because I just installed new tires. Wasn't having issues. I just wanted it to get looked over. Came out of their with no problems. Nothing needed. It's nice to have found a place to take my car, where they don't try to sell you things you don't really need. If I need something, I'll definitely be back. Thanks again.

I recently took my older model Ford F-150 to D&R Automotive to address an exhaust leak. From the moment I arrived at 9 am, the team demonstrated exceptional professionalism and communication. By 4:30 pm, my truck was ready and sounded perfect. They went above and beyond by also inspecting other potential issues. Special shoutout to Jason for the outstanding work on my truck his expertise and attention to detail were evident. The transparency, honesty, and dedication of the entire team are truly commendable. 10/10 would recommend this business for any automotive needs. Thank you, D&R Automotive, for being a gem in the industry and in Palm Beach County, Riviera Beach. Your commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is unmatched!

Great mechanic shop!
I was having trouble getting effective service on my late model Subaru Outback. I was very unhappy with the Subaru dealer.
I have had D&R diagnose and fix several problems ( that the dealer just threw random parts at), the repairs were effective, timely, and non-recurring!
