I just went in and Ashley the store manager was amazing. I got the phone I wanted at the price I wanted and she was very patient in helping me reload email etc. Great customer service.

I've always had great service at this location, but the downfall is the company itself. I've been with them for 5 plus years, I've had an unlocked Samsung on there network for 4 of those years and they shut it down. When I asked why my phone wasn't working they blamed it on samsung, so I took all my phones to T-Mobile and it worked perfectly fine, they shouldn't make their employees unknowingly lie, if they would've sent me a notification about my phone and what was going to happen I would've just bought a new phone just because was aware of it, ashame they would have to lose a faithful customer!
