If you are a minority of any kind....Stay Far Away!!!!
They discriminate against minorities!!! The worst place ever!!!! Poorly managed!!!! I went in, waited on line! There were people sitting down at tables! They took the guy in front of me and then I had to wait for everyone in the room to be helped before me! When it was my turn, the manager stood there and ignored me! Then she went and helped someone else!! Then finally someone helped me and contacted boost mobile to switch over my service!! Waited two and a half hours!! When someone finally came to the phone the associate had them on mute and they couldn't hear her and left the phonecall!! They use to be inexpensive, associate told me $60.00 for unlimited service!! Much more than boost mobile and Tmobile combined!! Run!!! and don't lookback!! You'll waste alot of time with unprofessional jokers!!!

The young lady that was in the front was so nice. She answered all my questions and I was able to get the service that I came in the store for. She didn’t know that I previously went to another store, where I almost got tackled for more than $58. She was pleasant to work with even when I had asked her 1,000,001 questions. Thank you for having honest and professional employees. I can’t see that for other stores.

Customer service is amazing. I left Metro because of horrible customer service. And when I came to the store to get a new phone and plan Myra treated me like I had been a customer for ever. She was by herself and every time a customer came in the store she greeted them, found out what they needed and let them know that she would be right with them. The next day I came back because of something I messed up setting up the phone and Myra and Rachel took the time to go through the phone to figure it out and fix it for me. They were super friendly and didn't give me any attitude or try to charge me for anything. Super customer service. Myra and Rachel deserve a raise!!
