Nike is not like before, their shoes don't fit well. Excessive prices for low quality. I still have 2 new pairs that no matter how much I tried they have never fitted me well. The non stretchable material (hard rubber no leather) damages the feet. My toes hurt. I used to love Nikes, and was willing to pay $200 and more for their shoes But not anymore. I finally decided to stop trying to find a pair that's comfortable and changed to another brand that fits good on my size 8 and are super comfortable! I was told that Nike lost it, no good now. I wouldn't have even given them 1 star!

My son really likes this store as they have the kind of Converse that he likes. And if he is happy, I'm happy. I wish they would have a rewards program. When I asked the cashier if they had any coupons online for Converse (that's where the coupons are now), she said no. Though I read a review of someone's a little while ago and they said there was a 15% one. (I honestly do't know if these coupons change or not month to month). In any event, that is why they didn't get a 5. So he was happy with his purchase -though after two days of wearing them, there is a defect in the laces and the laces broke. Since I don't live near there, I had to order the laces on Amazon for $6 so he would be happy with the same ones.

Great store and helpful staff. They helped me find everything I needed. I was even able to use a coupon for 15 off from the mall coupon book. Great buys and they had everything I needed in stock.

This store has the worst management I've ever seen there are more employees on the floor between the merchandise than on the registers. There are more customers online for the registers than there are shopping the floor this makes no sense they're doing things backwards

3 years later and this location still does not impress. Just down the plaza, the Adidas and Converse Outlets had their whole stores with 50% off for Memorial Day, but this Nike Outlet just had a few racks discounted. Continued disappointment.
