This business is SHADY. Read on if you don't want to pay higher prices for items that aren't even theirs!!!
This company is a drop shipper. Meaning they advertise items that belong to other sellers, mark up the price, and take the profit and credit.
I am an Ebay seller. This company purchased 2 Epson receipt printers from me and told us not to include invoice or purchase info because it was going to their customer. Fine.
Sent the items. All good.
This company contacted us after they were delivered and said their customer was unhappy because they didn't include cables. We explained that we advertised them clearly stating it was without the cables. I also told them we offer free 30-day returns. They opened a return on ebay and we sent them a prepaid return label. A day or two later, they message us back saying their customer wanted to keep the items. Fine. We told them to close the return (which they didn't) and we didn't think of anything after that.
3 weeks later (which is today) we received a box with our prepaid return label. Inside was 2 receipt printers, but neither one was what we sent out. Our factory markings were not on it, the serial numbers were completely different, and the condition of both were no where near what our original ones were.
We contacted computing worlds on ebay and asked why their customer returned items that 1) they said they were going to keep and 2) were not even our originals. They replied that they had no idea why they would send them back because it's not what they discussed with their customer.
I then asked if they would like me to contact their customer myself to ask because it was easy to find their contact information from the return label and a simple Google search.
They made it clear they didn't want us contacting their customer, but I did in fact contact their customer anyway... she had a terrible experience with computing worlds on her end as well. Turns out the items they advertised were with cables but the cables did not come (duh) then she said they sent her cables that didnt work with her unit. And the kicker?? They told her she COULDN'T RETURN the items because it was passed the return window! So not only did they keep her money, but they tried to get our refund money when they sent back bogus items that weren't ours!!
This business should be SHUT DOWN!

These people scammed me. I am a teenager in college and I ordered a motherboard. This company sent me the wrong motherboard, and when I returned it they never sent me a new one and are not answering my calls. NEVER order from these people they are scammers.

I am not very big on reviews I just hit the stars and move on however I have to give props to Computing Worlds Inc for working on my computer demands and delivering with perfection. I ordered 2 custom built laptops from them and will be coming back if in need for any computer parts. Love my new setup. I highly recommend it them. Thank you.

I was looking for a graphic card which was out of stock on Amazon and Tigerdirect. I was not sure if Computing world will come through with that specific part in their inventory. I saw a similar part on their website but when I reached out to their customer service, they assured me they can deliver the part within a reasonable timeframe and price to San Antonio Texas. And that’s exactly what they did! Great customer service ! Computing Worlds has found a dedicated customer ! Kudos!

Folks at Computer Worlds gave me Excellent service and also they have a very knowledgeable staff which is very friendly and very attentive at the same time.For me the plus point was the Politeness and Efficiency of their staff and how informative they were about computers and everything related to computers.I would highly recommend this store to anyone who is in the market for computers or computer parts. They are absolutely excellent.
