Bathroom is in need of remolding.sink toilet light fixture floor.i was there last week my husband who has dementia was using it when the lights flickered and turn off and then back on.this my main concern.overall I enjoy shopping there for 23yrs.

I used to visit this thrift store to purchase some vinyl records whenever I had an appointment at the WPB VA Medical Center. Unfortunately I went over yesterday, Thursday, August 15th searching but none found. I asked 1 of the long time workers in the back where they stored the records at, and he told me that they no longer sell records: THEY THROW THEM AWAY?.
I went to the back of the store where they accept the donations hoping to see a sign that reads: "SORRY WE DO NOT ACCEPT VINYL RECORDS. PLEASE DONATE YOUR VINYL RECORDS ELSEWHERE." It's a shame that good hearted people donating their beloved collection of vinyl records are deceived into believing that their collection of vinyl records will be enjoyed by others?

Cashier asked me to stand aside and take my hangers off before she would ring up my items. She took the person behind me instead.. ?
So I left, she can take care of the entire cart now.

Watch out! Their credit credit card machine doesn't beep when you check out to remind you to remove the card. I left mine there and had to drive back nearly an hour later to pick it up. No one called me even though they had my tel #. To top it of when I expressed my frustration to the clerk she criticized me instead of admitting their faulty system.

This is(was) my favorite thrift store. Prices are great and they have lots of special sales. However today, the cashiers, who spoke non-English among themselves told me there was no sale today. My cashier said it was only yesterday, another worker said it was the wrong "color??", and another said, there is no sale on anything. However, I always keep my text message, thank goodness, and proceeded to tell them the 40% off sale is Thurs., Fri. (today) and Sat. Without even looking at my text, they then said oh yeah, ok. I got the discount. If I had not had the text or not said anything...I would have been charged the full price. Hmmm, wonder what is going on?? This never happened with the various cashiers I have had in the past. They went out of their way to tell you about the sales.

I’ll go to a lot of thrift stores and this one is pretty neat and very clean however they’re a little pricey I don’t really get the best deals here but every once in a while they’ll have that one item and it’ll be fairly price and I’ll pick it up so it’s definitely worth going to and enjoying and taking all the treasures in and you know and enjoying yourself and looking around because I also get ideas just from walking into a lot of the thrift stores. It doesn’t necessarily mean that I find what I want or that I’m going to buy it, they usually have something unique there from time to time so I do enjoy going it is clean. They run the place very well and they put new products in as often as they possibly can but it is a little on the pricier side for thrift stores. Just an FYI hence 4 out 5 stars.

Our cashier was Crys, she was fantastic, outgoing, and super helpful. Made our overall experience even better, got almost all our Christmas shopping done and only spent $260!
