???I never bought a canvas bag for fear of this happening. Bag has been used 10-15 times, I pulled it out of closet to use and I noticed this on the seams and rings (scratching) I have a LV 20 years old and none of this happened. I’m shocked this is Coach quality ? the price to fix it is to just might as well get a new one ?♀️ Bag purchased in March 2022.

My sister and I placed an order online for same day pickup in store. The orders were both placed before noon; early enough that it should have been ready within two hours. Around 4:45pm I call the store to find out what’s going on with the orders, and I was told “oh no one has processed them yet but give it about 15mins.” I understand that sometimes pickup orders can be time consuming. But we’re not talking about a clothing retail store or a grocery store where there is much more detail that goes into the process. We’re talking about handbags. You just simply go out on the floor, select the handbag, package nicely in a bag, and order complete. Clearly, that didn’t happen. My sister and I both arrived two hours after calling to follow up. Yet we still had to wait additional 30-45mins. There were at least 7 people working in the store. Enough people to where someone should have been working on online orders. As we waited I saw that every customer that made a purchase was provided tissue paper and packaging in their Coach retail paper bags. However, once my sister and I finally received our handbags, they were just plainly placed in the bag. No care packaging at all. The cashier who assisted us was nice but the overall customer service experience was not pleasant.

I recently went into the Coach in the Palm Beach Outlet and I waited over 15 minutes for a order pick up! They are so slow, the definition of unprofessional, and the girl at the register was on her phone the entire time instead of helping customers! The coach in the outlet customer service is horrible and they take their time doing stuff. If you do a online order with coach don’t it for the one in the outlet because you will be waiting for over 15 mins! The girl who did my order just threw my stuff in a bag right in front of me so unbelievable!!

I came in yesterday me and my fiancé, to get prepared for an event today , I spent over $800 in the store , for them to give me the wrong sizes, bad customer service. I walked in the store today to switch out a couple of things store just open its early , I'm at the counter waiting , at this time the manager is on the floor didn't greet me speak to me , the first this she says is "oh what happen you change your mind you don't want this anymore." I was very offended, it was like saying I couldn't afford it. That was very rude. I love coach I've been with the brand since college she didn't even say thank you for coming. I'm never going in the outlet stores again THE REAL COACH STORES WOULD NEVER TREAT ME LIKE THAT

I walked in to this store looking to purchase a handbag, I didn’t have a bad experience myself. Going in I was helped by one of the lovely employees there however, my husband was yelled at rudely in Spanish for supposedly “touching” a collectible teddy bear.

I went back to the Coach Store because my wallet I purchased a few months ago developed an issue. I met with the manager who was very nice and looked up my information showing the purchase. She then grabbed a new wallet and helped me transfer my stuff to the new wallet. This is the type of service you expect from a high end store like this and that's what I received. Highly recommend this store.

I got a purse which is what I came here for & it has held up great so far! The quality is fantastic with a luxury look without spending hundreds of dollars. The gold zipper has some scratches on it but I have been carrying it daily for about 2 months now. The store itself is clean & was not packed when I went. A sales associate helped me make my decision on my purchase & he was very honest with his opinion, (which I thought was great.) When I first walked into the store it was a bit chilly & someone told us the deals that they had going on but no one offered to help me right away. I thought the prices were still high for a lot of the merchandise in the store but compared to other brands.. you can't really go wrong lolI would return
