An email and two phone calls placed since 9/27 re: a vehicle replacement. Heard NOTHING back. Received an email at noon today (9/30) with the header "We're here for you." Stop lying already. Horrible service.

Let's start by stating that as of last month I was an Allstate customer for over six years. I got my policy when I bought the car at infiniti. In 6+ years NOT ONCE did anyone pick up the phone at this office. I bought two more cars and I had to go as far as calling from a different phone number so that the automated system would stop routing my calls to this office since it always went to voice mail and they never returned a call. Their rates are not competitive at all. The two times I had claims not at fault, it was a mission to get replacement parts as they wanted the dealership to install used parts on my new car back then. You are way better off by going to an agency that can check rates on more companies than just Allstate. Additionally, I called three times to terminate my policy and had to talk to remote agents (as I mentioned before, this office never answered the phone). I found out last week that they never terminated the policy and that it was cancelled for missing payments. (Never in 6+ years I missed a payment). Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Even if you get Allstate, get it with a different agency. Here at Clifford, they will be available for new customers but once they see you're an existing customer, they will forget all about this thing called customer service. Would give them 0 stars if that was an option.

I have been with Allstate for four and a half years. I started having issues when I requested back in June to have my payment date changed from The 12th to the 23rd. For the next month instead of charging me on the 23rd, They skipped a month and charged me on August 12 two months. I texted my agent with no response And when the charge of September came through (again on the 12th because they never changed it to the 23rd like I’ve been asking every month) I noticed that I was being overcharged I contacted the company and talk to Kim who said would investigate for me and when she called me back she told me that because my 23-year-old son( who does not drive at all) had a permit for over a year that It was in their policy that my son needed to be added as a driver which added another $136 to my monthly bill. She insisted that they had sent me an email in May and a letter. The email came from an unknown address to me so of course I am not opening Every single email I receive unless I recognize who is coming from, the letter I never received. Regardless of that, if I am late on a payment I would receive an immediate call but for this I never did. They were aware of my situation of losing my job because of Covid and that this will put me in financial trouble. In my last conversation with Kim it was all about blaming me for not opening an email or receiving the letter and having an attitude about it. I immediately contacted another insurance company and they told me that they would not charge for my son to have a permit for over a year and my monthly charge it’s going to be half of what I paid with Allstate with better coverage. Not only did they charge me on the wrong date over and over again but they overcharge me and made me go into the negative in my account because I was not expecting that charge. I would never recommend them.

After purchasing our Volvo, we had the pleasure of speaking with Kim Rosen to discuss insuring our new car. She was an ABSOLUTE pleasure to speak with and was very helpful explaining all of our savings/options. We highly recommend Kim if you’re in the Palm Beach area!
