I visited City Mattress in your WPB location recently looking for a new mattress for my client who is approaching 100 yrs old.
Max, the store manager, greeted me immediately and reassured that he would do all he could to work within my budget and find the very best mattress for my client’s needs. He even adjusted the price along with free delivery and bed accessories, which we were extremely grateful for. Max not only surpassed my expectations with his professionalism, knowledge and genuine kindness, but I plan on returning with my husband in the fall to purchase a new mattress for ourselves. I love to hear that City Mattress is still a family owned business for many years now. God bless them all! ?

I ordered the Beautyrest Mattress Firm, it was so firm like the floor. I had to throw away. Went to Mattress Firm again to order the Stern & Foster Reserve but i decided to cancel the order once i found City Mattress. I was blown away with the outstanding experience at City Mattress. Max is amazing! He is so kind, knowledgeable, helpful, patient and extremely generous. He educated you very well about each type and each brand of mattress. This store has so much more luxury and high quality selections than Mattress Firm. He gave me so much more unbelievable discount than other stores, he also gives me a free gift and a free pillow. Please go see Max at City Mattress, you will not only get the wonderful mattress for great health but also amazing deals!!! I’m so grateful and pleased with the service and products. This was a great store. There are plenty of options and we were so graciously and promptly helped by Kelly. She really took the time to make sure we got what we needed and was nothing but kind and thoughtful towards us. I've never bought a bed before so I had no clue what to look for but she showed me everything I needed. I highly recommend City Mattress and think Kelly deserves a raise!

I came to City Mattress, six months after I bought the Nectar Premier Copper Hybrid, as I came to find out first hand, this is not a good mattress at all.
So I went to City Mattress and the sell person/manager who took care of me was Mr. Max Groysman, and I’m so grateful to him, because not only he educated about the lasted technology in regards to mattresses, the difference between the materials, their pros and cons, but also he had so much patience to answer all of my questions and let me try different mattresses while he gave me the description for each one of them, without skipping a bit. In the end, I purchased a brand new mattress, with Ergo Smart adjustable bed base and I know, this time, I made purchased for my particular needs, thanks to Mr. Groysman, I feel like I made a friend and I very satisfied with the customer service I got. I highly recommend shopping at City Mattress in Palm Beach Lakes Blvd, West Palm Beach.
