Sneaky. They sold clothes of ours and when I went to go pick up the check I found out that they converted it into store credit, then I said no to store credit and they told me about there $5 check reprint fee. Then it takes them weeks to reprint. They take advantage! :///

I brought brand new designer clothing in with the tags still on it. They took all my garments in the office and closed the door ruffled through everything mixed together the clothing and gave excuses of what they wanted but didn't take to hide what they did take. They stole clothing from me. The minute they came out with what I brought in I felt there feels like so much is missing. I went there with 2 suitcases of clothing to sell. What they did was tie together by the arms two jackets And put all the items in between and said that wanted it but didn't take it to distract from what they did take. People are going there to sell there things. Some in difficult financial situations and hoping this is a business with integrity, honesty and truth. This is awful to do to people. The policy of doing business behind closed doors like this and your hoping they are a trustworthy business and treating others like this especially in a difficult financial situation is wrong. May Justice be served in this situation. It's a great shop , it's organized well great atmosphere but never allow them to take your things and close the door without u present. Again May Justice Be Served In This Situation.

Worse customers service ever especially if you are a person of color and you have an accent. I was in the store a couple of months ago. They looked at us in some type of way and, their attitude only changed when they realized we were buying. Fast forward, they listed some dresses on their Instagram page and called to enquire about the sizes,since they say they do shipping to different state. The lady I spoke to wad so dismissive.
