Very bad customer service (the guy was ok, but the lady with the tattoo was very bad) Keep your receipts, ???? Not professional service is mediocre still try charging you after collecting payment. If I was paid cash you would take my money.

So far a horrible experience. Dropped off ONE single suit jacket for alterations last Tuesday, and was told it would be ready by Saturday. Called Saturday, was told that now it'll be Monday morning. Arrived Monday(today) to be told it still wasn't ready, but SHOULD be in a few hrs and was informed that it was a "6-8hr job that usually takes 2 weeks". I again stopped by around noon to see if it were ready, and was told 2pm. I HAD TO PHYSICALLY GO TO THEIR LOCATION BC THEIR PHONE IS TURNED OFF!!!!!Continued:At around 12:45am I was called for a test fit. Christine didn't even do any actual measurements to begin with, basically eyeballed it. That being said I initially went along with what she suggested. Needless to say, it turned out quite funky with the sleeves being taken in, based on HER SUGGESTION. I expressed my grievances and was assured it would be fixed. I picked up the jacket, to later discover the sleeves still funky, but in an entirely different way. Also, the prior alteration stitching from her "fix" is still quite visible. Sadly, this jacket was meant for a wedding later this week, but it looks like it won't be making the trip, and that's $58 down the drain. How dare you complain about a review concerning your poor service. You don't get 5 star reviews for shoddy work. Be happy they don't allow 0 stars, I'm unfortunately forced to put 1...

They appear to be closed more than they are open, regardless of posted hours of operation. After several attempts, , finally, they were open. Should not have wasted my time. Filthy with a moldy smell and the AC might as well have been off. The so called manager/owner was extremely rude as well. Do not waste your time.

This was the worst place I have ever visited. They don’t do anything and are not reliable at all, I would never go here if I were you. If you ever need to dry clean somewhere do it somewhere else, and if you do it here, good luck.

Absolutely fantastic!! Flight crew on an overnight with a small pants emergency. She had them dry cleaned for me on a Saturday morning within an hour!

What a clean joyful place to take care of something as mundane as laundry and dry cleaning. Worry hard working kind people with so much attention to detail. I had some stains and did not tell them. The stains magically are gone !

After reading some of the reviews I decided to use Christine‘s laundry service and it certainly didn’t disappoint. I was in town for work for an extended period of time and used them for both dry cleaning and laundry service. Their dry cleaning is exceptional and my suit and shirts were beautifully ironed. The wash and fold service was also amazing and they even ironed my polo shirts. To top it all off, they delivered everything to my hotel in a nicely organized zip plastic bag. Top notch service that can’t be beat for the price. Highly recommend!

We recently moved to West Palm Beach. I called several Dry Cleaners who told me that they didn't offer same-day service. Then I found Christine's. Not only did they offer same-day service, but they also pick up and deliver. So we tried them. Wow, what a great find. Their service is outstanding. Their workmanship is incredible. We also dropped off a large amount of wash-and-fold laundry. It was packaged with perfection in beautiful plastic zip bags. If you're also looking for a Dry Cleaner in the West Palm Beach area, I highly recommend Christine's!!!

This cleaning service is superb. They pay attention to detail and follow the virus guide lines as well. They are polite in every possible way and their cleaning results are excellent in every way. I can’t recommend them highly enough. You won’t be sorry to when you use them. Robbie in North Palm Beach. Yes I make the trip down each week or so!
