Christian Penner is Simply the best in the business for mortgage & real estate transactions! Christian and his entire team at America’s Mortgage Solutions were not only helpful, informative and super responsive but they really understood the market and exactly when to lock us in at the best rate we could get, which was almost .5% lower then anyone else we had talk to before we meet him!
