I walked in to the store, and I was helped right away without an appointment. Sarah who is helping me is extremely knowledgeable, and showed me book after book of wallpapers, and didn’t stop until we found a few to get samples sent to me. Also, she came over to my house, and measured the room expertly. I am extremely happy.

It is a rip off store. No advises from associate then when you get the wallpaper that is not the right paper for the project then there is 30% restock fee plus shippiment, no refund just store credit, reallyyyyy????? No way to deal like this. 100% Upset .

We've used Chelsea Lane several times, (including a renovations we just completed) and they've always done great work. Professional and easy to work with. They bailed us out when our Renovation Company couldn't supply a wallpaper installer. We would recommend and use again. Thanks!

Just had a bad experience with this wallpaper company, Chelsea Lane. I gave the salesgirl my measurements, which were exact & she said I would need 6 single rolls (3 doubles). The installers came today & used 4 single rolls (2 doubles). Called Chelsea Lane & they would not take the extra double roll back, even though they calculated what I needed incorrectly. They said because I was over their 30 day limit. But it takes a while to get paper hangers to come & do the job because they're so busy. So just a warning to be careful if you buy from them! Because of their error, I spent 1/3rd more than I should have. Make sure you double check their calculation or you'll be spending money for nothing as I did.
