Took aon a student to open a college account waited 15mins then a gentle man came and asked to help,he said l am in marketing only open business account and will get someone to help.....waited another40 mins then a young man came and said l have to go on line to open an account. l CANNOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT IN THE BANK...WOW !!

Two weeks ago, I had a problem with a couple of my my accounts. I went into the bank to see if I could figure out what the issue was and how to resolve it. Tana Collier took care of my problem with ease. She explained what the issues were, (person in another branch did not set them up correctly & misinformed me on how it worked). Tana straightened it right out. I opened an additional account and I remotely deposited a good size check. Today, I got a message that a 10 day hold was placed on the check. I had been depositing these same checks, similar amounts for over two years into my previous account with no holds. I called Tana, and again, within a few hours, the hold was lifted. She is AMAZING. If you have an issue, call Tana Collier. She is knowledgeable and has a great personality and a ton of patience.

I would give this branch zero star, if I could. Never in the history of banking have I experienced such terrible customer service on several occasions. From the Branch Manager to staff. Extreme poor customer service, the young people working at the Chipotle across from this Chase bank are more professional, user friendly and helpful people overall. What I don't understand, about this branch is how slow they are but are reluctant to work. Who is holding this branch accountable for their lack of service and professionalism?

Tried to use drive up ATM to transfer funds to make my car payment. It removed the funds from my account then instead of dispensing cash, I get a printed receipt saying - Sorry we cant give you any cash right now, call this 1-800 number!

I have a business account at Chase Bank and came into Cash a personal check from a friend written to me from Chase Bank. So because I didn't have a personal account there's a $8 fee to cash their check from their customer to another one of their customers. That leaves a sour taste in my mouth. Nuff said
