I came to this location for the first time and went to the teller window to see about credit cards for my son, who is new to it and trying to establish his credit. They were all so friendly and immediately got me over to a super nice guy named Christan. He immediately greeted me and suggested different options for my son, we went forward doing a service he suggested and getting my son all taken care of, which felt like a blink of an eye. I was extremely happy with the service he provided and how professional and friendly he was. I will definitely be back to this location. Everyone was friendly and welcoming.

I’ve been going to this Chase bank location for years and always have a wonderful experience. The staff is friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Christian and Jonathan in particular were very helpful when opening my business account. They explained everything in terms I was familiar with and made the entire process feel like a breeze :)

Fantastic customer service! A gentleman named Christian helped me navigate the process of opening my new business account, he was very knowledgeable and gave me great information to keep my finances in order. Will definitely be back to this branch in the future.

Jonathan Ciago Bank Officer of location6710 Forest Hill Blvd, west palm beach. Jonathan wasn't helpful I came in to open my account, and they weren't closed. He told me that he wasn't taking anymore appointments. And it was still 30 mins within the bank to close. I really explain to him I needed to open up an account and it was extremely important. Without hesitation or remorse he still couldn't help me. Poor customer service and he was ready to leave to enjoy he's weekend. This bank is terrible!!

Visiting from out of town. Had a very positive, efficient and friendly transaction. I came to this branch because it had the higher reviews overall for nearby chase banks. The banker was very helpful.

I wish I could give no stars. Lareese and Nicholas are absolutely horrible and have zero customer service skills. Very poor leadership. As a result I no longer bank with Chase.
