BEWARE, THIS IS A VERY DANGEROUS LOCATION: COMMUNITY DRIVE AND MILITARY TRAIL, WEST PALM BEACH, FLORIDA! AN "AMBUSH TACTIC" WAS IN PLACE, AND WAS PLANNED-OUT AT THIS LOCATION ON: JUNE 04th, 2024, TUESDAY, AROUND 11:00 PM, BY: THREE DANGEROUS MEN (WHO APPEARED TO BE HOMELESS): A BLACK MAN, A HISPANIC MAN AND A WHITE MAN!!!....I WAS NEARLY: AMBUSHED, ROBBED AND WHO KNOWS WHAT ELSE COULD/WOULD HAVE HAPPENED TO ME, ONLY "IF" I WASNT PAYING ANY ATTENTION AND I DIDN'T SEE THEM COMING FOR ME! ONLY "IF" I WASN'T AWARE OF MY SURROUNDINGS AT THE TIME OF THE ATTEMPTED AMBUSH! THE THREE MEN WERE RUNNING TOWARDS ME FROM THREE DIFFERENT DIRECTIONS! THE THREE MEN WERE HIDING AND WATCHING ME FROM BOTH THE RACE TRAC GAS STATION AND FROM THE BURGER KING THAT ARE NEARBY TO THIS CHASE BANK: ON COMMUNITY DRIVE AND MILITARY TRAIL IN WEST PALM BEACH, FLORIDA!

This bank is disgraceful. The drive-up ATM has been broken for almost 2 years, I struggle to put money or checks in on a weekly basis. When you ask about it being replaced, they continue to lie and say a new one is on the way or tell you that you can use the one inside. However, I can't always get there during their open hours. A branch manager was supposed to call me back twice, but never did. I was trying to put cash in one day and a bum was peeing on himself on a pole less than 2 feet from the ATM machine. I looked over at the teller in the drive-up window and she just shrugged like there was nothing she could do. Don't trust your money with this bank, they don't take care of the property, the ATM's or their customers properly. If I could give it less than one star, I would. Find somewhere else to bank, you'll be thankful you did later. I ended up putting my money in the Wells Fargo across the street instead, because their ATM's always work.

I’ve been a loyal customer with Chase for over 20 years, but my recent experience at the CHASE on Military Trail location left me extremely disappointed. Despite arriving well before closing time, I had to endure a 1 hour and 20-minute wait. When I finally approached the Hispanic teller at 4:50 pm to inquire about changing my last name, she claimed they were closing soon and refused assistance.It was disheartening to witness her engaging in casual conversation and jokes with the previous customer, only to be turned away without a valid reason. This lack of professionalism and disregard for a long-time customer’s time is unacceptable.I hope Chase can address these issues at the CHASE on Military Trail location to ensure others don’t face similar frustrations. As someone who has consistently had positive experiences with Chase over the years, this incident has significantly tarnished my perception. I trust that the bank can use this feedback to improve customer service standards at this branch.

Prudence suggests reconsidering engagement with Chase, particularly for those mindful of their financial management. While I cannot comment on the physical premises, my experiences with their customer support have been less than satisfactory. It appears there is a tendency towards an unexpected freezing of accounts, often without clear communication or justification. Further, the process to retrieve funds from a business account can be unexpectedly convoluted, coupled with a disconcerting reluctance to resolve such matters efficiently. In my experience, the level of service and convenience offered by Chase has unfortunately not met the standard one might anticipate from a reputed banking institution.

I had a very pleasant experience working with this Chase Bank this morning. Very friendly teller who greeted me by my name, and answered all questions about my check patiently and thoroughly. He made it a great drive thru!

This bank is disgraceful. 90% of the time (that realistically may be a LOW estimate) I go to the ATM there it is not working. It cannot either deposit cash, disperse cash, whatever. It just never works. It is disgusting how fast they will take our money but they refuse to put anything back into their facilities and equipment that we are forced to use. Ilove having to drive an extra 4 miles away to use an ATM. Decided to put my money in another bank instead, it's easier...

Atm is always broken, if youre not gonna have enough employees at least have functioning atms ?♀️ 3 times in the past 2 months,
