Manger called and had my vehicle booted. Arrived to the bank early realized they weren't open. Step away from my vehicle to kill sometime. When I returned my vehicle booted. I wasn't parked illegally or by any tow or boot signs. I was parked in the customer space. When I spoke with the manager he said he notice me that morning. We were both waiting in our cars in the parking lot and saw me walk to the front door. But still called to have my car booted and said he couldn't do anything about the $65 fee. I understand if my vehicle had been sitting there for 2 + hrs but that wasn't the case. Scrolling through the reviews I see I'm not the first person this has happened to. The manager was able to have their boots removed without any fee. Not sure why he wasn't able to resolve my situation. Won't be returning to this bank.

Initially I had a very poor experience at this branch, as my truck was booted while I left the premises to wait for the bank to open after depositing a check. However, after my truck was booted, the manager Alex went above and beyond to make amends for my negative experience. This is the exact kind of customer experience I have come to expect from Chase and is the reason I continue to trust them with all of my banking needs.

Terrible customer service. Went to a chase bank to open a checking account and was told I needed to make an appointment but there was no availability that day. So I called the next day and made an appointment with Josh at this branch but when I got there at the time of my appointment they said he was out to lunch and that he should be returning soon. I waited for a while, but decided to leave thinking that if this is the type of customer service I can expect from this bank, I'll go elsewhere.

I never even knew this bank existed. We had to pick up cash last minute and found this in downtown WPB. The ATM was easy to use from the drive thru area. It's the best option for the weekend. The bank is right in the middle of the city. For all your cash needs or problems , Chase Bank you can count on!!! Side Note - Be that consumer and spend that money or save it at a bank. Your choice and wish. ~

Had a problem with my account. The branch manager Alex spoke with me and fixed it. He spent 15 minutes working with me. Alex smiled and showed great patience to me. What a helpful man. Thank you Alex.

9/10 times that I have visited this bank to deposit money, I’ve had to spend my entire lunch break here. They are heavily understaffed. I use the drive-thru every time and despite the fact that I am the only car there every time, I wait 20-30 minutes to deposit a small amount of cash. Apparently the people who deal with the drive thru also deal with customers inside, so half of the time you wait for 10 minutes in your car just to get someone to acknowledge that you are even there.

I bank with Chase. My vehicle was booted in this Chase parking lot.Edit: Alex, the bank manager reached out personally, and fixed this. Very appreciative to him for inpecable customer service.
