Nice man answered the phone VERY polite when I asked if they ONLY FIX iPhones...that tells me, like everywhere I've called, iPhones break a lot. I had 2 of them & NEVER again. ANDROID ONLY my tech nephew says but I can't find a repair shop??

Would never do business with any of their locations at the palm beach outlets again. Everything is aftermarket and WAY overpriced, even more than the apple store would charge for licensed products! No refunds and just plain not honest. Poor customer service and all they want to do is sell you a bill of goods. I could go on and on, but it's not worth my time. Shame on me for being a s***** and giving them my business. Shop at your own risk!

Waited until the end to give us a price and for 2 screen protectors charged us $100, screen protector weren't even put on correctly, service was great though.

Absolutely brilliant work! I went with my damaged I-Phone 8S. If it were a person, I would describe it as shot and only able to crawl. I left with it looking like it had a day at the spa and it was now running marathons. Lea was fantastic but there were clearly a couple of others that jumped in. When you take your phone to the carrier, it never really gets fixed because they’re not motivated, right? The carrier wants to sell you a new phone. This business FIXES phones and they don’t stop til you’re satisfied. I was quoted a reasonable price in advance and they stuck to it. Even though they had to keep making adjustments for a couple of hours. Honestly, I felt like I should have paid them double. The customer meetup is a outdoor booth right outside the food court at the outlet mall. You can walk, shop or grab something to eat while your phone is fixed. This is THE best phone repair place I have ever been to. I recommend it without reservation.
