Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I cannot give them 0 stars or I would give them that because that is what they deserve. Where should I start. I took my SUV there because my vehicle was making a noise when I was hitting the brake and it was also shaking when I started hitting the brake at I 95 going from 65ish. I took it to Caroline tire wpb and I got an estimate for $1262.64. The estimate included 2 front tires, control arm, tie rod end 2 of them and 2 inner tie rod TPMS. They had my car since Thursday 8/1/24 and gave it back to me till Monday 8/5/24. When I drove my car on Tuesday 8/6/24, the next day I got it, my car was still doing the same problem for which I took my car with them. I called them and I was told that they needed to order some original parts from the dealer. Then, they told me to take the car and they were going to look at it before ordering the parts. When I took it, to my surprise they told me that I needed a brake caliper, brake rotor and disc brake pad. A new estimate for a total of $599.20. Wow, so they basically change some parts that I did not need and charge the $1262.64 (excluding the 2 tires). Because if I needed the brake caliper, brake rotor and disc brake pad why they did not told this to me the first time I took my car to them? That is because they made a mistake with the diagnosis of my car the first time I took it to them. What a waste of money and time keeping my car for almost 5 days to change a part that I did not needed. At the same time, when I took my car the first time 8/1/24 my husband took his truck too and had 2 tires change. They somehow expanded (made the hole bigger) of one of the lug nuts and for that reason one of the lug nuts was left out and they were not able to put one of the lug nuts back into place. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO CAROLINE TIRES EVER! They should be honest and tell people that they are not sure about the diagnosis rather than making people waste their money and time.

My daughter came in after a rough morning of having a flat tire. She was treated with respect, and the employees were very kind and caring. After receiving awful treatment from the roadside assistance this was a breath of fresh air. They got her a new tire and checked all the other tires as well! They treated her no differently just because she was a teenage girl. We love Caroline Tires!

Really didn't appreciate the service. They wanted to charge me $90 for a used tire. ? I brought a new tie from Walmart for $81. If you have an issue with the tire that you buy from Caroline tire, they will not help you in any way. Based on my experience. Do not shop here if you value your money.

Dropped car off on lunch break for a tire patch- picked up a nail on the way to work apparently. I wasn’t going to be able to pick up before they closed. They made it so easy for me. Even took my payment over the phone and left the receipt on the dash. Great work and a great price. Couldn’t recommend more. They also have a great location in lake worth beach, Caroline’s never disappoints

About a week and a half ago I ordered some tires from here and I’m very pleased with my purchase. The employee I talked to that day informed me my tires would arrive the next day. they arrived the same day!! Not only this but, I was able to comfortably inform him on my needs and budget. The response I got was so unexpected (well below my budget and everything I needed for my vehicle). I know they aren’t responsible for tire performance but, the individual I talked to knew EXACTLY what my car needed. I’m very pleased, as my main concern was exceptional traction in the rain and I got exactly that. I would not put a single tire on any car I own in Florida unless it’s from these guys. Thank you guys fr.

Tire pressure light came on. Checked it and filled in under 5 minutes. I was very impressed with that so I inquired on front brakes and 2 tires. The price was right. I have special order tires they were in the next day and bam out the door. Driving nice and smooth most importantly it’s stopping . Jordan & Jonny are awesome. Affordable. Quick. Good.

Came in with a flat tire and bought a used tire to fix it. Used tire lasted less than a month. Went to another car repair shop and said they sold me a tire that was literally falling a part. Will not go back.
