“Our easiest car rental yet- we didn't need paperwork after prebooking online. After arriving off the airport shuttle we went to the outdoor desk probably 20 steps away, said our name, and were told to pick a car directly behind his booth. We put our luggage in the back and off we went to the exit gate. The lady at the exit gate asked our name and scanned our car code, then off we went. We rented a very clean, smokefree Chevy Malibu.”

“After 2 days of fighting with multiple enterprises I called the insurance and told them to transfer me to hertz because I wasn’t dealing with enterprise no more. I called this location and in less the 5 minutes they answer all my questions and got a vehicle ready for me. After I arrived Ashley Dumas was extremely professional and explained everything from top to bottom, I was there for less than 30 minutes and customer service was amazing. Definitely recommend!!”

“Jessica for Avis President!! Every time I come into the Brightline location Jessica has thankfully been the person to check me in. I’ve been greeted by Jessica for each of the 4 visits I’ve had. The first thing I’m always greeted by is Jessica’s friendly smile, followed by a welcoming “How are you doing today and how can I help you.” Since visiting so frequently, Jessica now welcomes me back and we’re even on a first name basis lol. When I see Jessica at the counter I instantly know I will be taken care of and won’t have any issues. She always confirms the price of my booking and goes over my reservation with me, to make sure I’m satisfied. She’s saved me money by reminding me of the prepaid toll option that I can add on, thank you Jessica! Not only is Jessica knowledgeable and proficient in her role, she also connects with me on a personal level and always leaves me smiling & laughing. “I am a gold member and I have rented with Hertz for 20 years. I would like to thank this Hertz location for the exceptional service. I recently went into this location to ask some questions about an important upcoming rental. I was unable to get anyone on the phone from the local office. Any number that I called went directly to a call center that was off-site. I decided to go into the location and I met an amazing employee Annie. She was very kind, polite, and patient with all my questions. She was also very knowledgeable with all of their protocols and products. She definitely made our stressful situation a breeze. I highly recommend this location for renting a vehicle through Hertz. I equally highly recommend asking for Annie to assist you with any of your rental needs.”

“After having a second home in Florida and traveling from NY at late hours it is very hard to find a good car rental company. Edwin has exceeded my expectations on numerous occasions and always makes my experience a positive one. I never wait for shuttle when arriving at PBI, always have a clean and safe car, and never feel like I'm signing my life away with being pressured into bying insurance that's is not needed when you have proper coverage from your car insurance. EDWIN is the main reason I keep coming back because he knows how to really take care of a client. I will always book with EDWIN as he makes our travel stress free.
