The deals are crazy good, often featuring 40-60% discounts on items, with additional discounts available for signing up with email. The staff provides beautiful attention and are incredibly helpful, polite, sweet, and friendly. Employees are known for being positive, offering clear and friendly insight, and showing genuine care. They assist with finding items, trying different sizes, and remembering customer preferences. Associates are described as having enormous charisma and are what all people in customer service should strive to be. The experience makes shopping a joy, leaving customers feeling happy, appreciated, and assured of excellent service.
