I was impressed the order taker greeted me with a "you rule" statement at the speaker. Wish I knew her name but she deserves a raise for doing her job correctly. Kudos to her and whoever trained her.

Was here at 5am, when they are suppose to open and nada. Won't open. Employees are inside but won't answer knocks on windows or doors or drive through. And they want $15 an hour??? For what? They can't even start on time!!!!

I wouldn't know how the food was because I couldn't even get customer service..Today I went to burger king and I saw that there was a couple people in the driveway so I decided to go inside. There are no customers Inside at all.. I walked up to the counter the girl who was prepping food saw me the girl who was doing deep frying saw me and the girl at the. Drive-through window saw me as they all looked at me. I stood there for about 6 more minutes before. I? Said Hey anybody at the counter taking orders in which all 3 stood there and stared at me instead of acknowledging me at all.. At this point I just wanted a fountain drink. I wasn't even gonna order food I literally just wanted a fountain drink. So I said o k I guess we're all gonna just stare at me instead of actually acknowledging me or helping me. That's when they wanted to finally give an attitude so I left work on your customer service. Basic human courtesy. Basic customer service is to acknowledge your customer. The fact that I was very polite. I waited patiently and yet still got stared at instead of helped and on top of it one of the girls made a really nasty face at me as. To how dare you even ask us anything. I said forget it you know what obviously now. You wanna do a job and before I could leave the store? They all started cursing at me real nice customer service. Hope your manager sees this as I was leaving. There was a 4th girl popped her head out the corner so forward you to do OneDrive through with no customers inside wow.

Stopped by just to get a soda. Saw there was about 2 to 3 people in the drive thru so I went inside. No customers Inside awesome. Nope!The women prepeong food sees me the women doing deep frying sees me the women at the window sees me. Not one of them even said hi or hold on or someone will be right with you. nothing! So after waiting for about 8 mims I say hey is there anyone to take a order at the front? The 3 women just stard at me. 1 gave me a nasty look as if I was bothing them by asking. I said you know what never mind no ine seems to want to work and started to leave. That's when they finally said something to me. But it was just being cursed at so not really the customer service I was looking for. All I wanted was a dam drink. ReallyDo betterGet better management because someone isn't tranning right When you can't even have common decency to acknowledge a customer. Thats just bad customer service all around and I blamed management for not training people correctly. Although people should have common sense and decency
