Consumers are often looking for an appliance/HVAC company for maintenance and/or repairs. It is a frightening prospect, since most folks are not well versed in technology. It is that fear that Broward Factory Service (BFS) eliminates with its brilliant business model: The "face" of BFS is the charming, well-informed and efficient Shelley, who responds instantly to calls, EMs and VMs. Whether addressing a billing inquiry, scheduling an appointment or discussing an appliance problem in general terms, Shelley handles it, and transfers you to another BFS professional, if needed. Then there are the appliance repair people. In our experience, my husband and I have found them to be, without exception, polite, eager to explain what they have discovered, and competent. Last but not least, is the fellow (the same fellow every six months!) who performs our semiannual HVAC checkup. We decided to contract with BFS for this service, since they installed our new HVAC system for us.
