The sales person and the main manager of the whole entire Building, refused to answer any realistic questions….. They started yelling at me and cursing at me, I would not recommend buying any cars/parts from this location….. Very rude and very unreasonable…… I am looking for a new car, I wasn’t sure the difference between the x6 m40i and the X6 competition, and as far as warranty goes, Both sales representatives and manager was very rude, don’t wanna
answer any questions…… based off of customer service I’d never buy a car from this dealership

Wow I’m truly impressed! From the moment I walked into the facility I felt like VIP, from the friendly receptionist to the gentleman who served me a cappuccino to my sales reps Alex and Emily. I did some homework beforehand so I sort of knew what I wanted, picked out a few vehicles they helped me narrow down to two and given pricing, negotiated once , didn’t have any games played , was very professional the entire time and made me feel comfortable about the whole process. In the end I almost felt like I made a new friend . Very positive experience !!!! Thanks Alex and Emily!!

I wish I could leave 10 stars everyone from the service department to the sales people are highly trained in customer experience and the do whatever it takes level of service. Chris Oland helped me in the service department and Alex Winter then became my sales person.

Had a wonderful experience with Emily at the Porsche dealership. She went the extra Mile to ensure we had a great experience purchasing our Porsche. 300% recomend buying a car at that location. The staff is very friendly Emily and Armand were great to work with.

BMW has given me Horrible customer service. Paul “the manager” never returns calls or texts after he gets you to buy the car. Another manager has hung up
On me 3 times today. I thought I was buying from a reputable dealership but apparently not.

Jeff O. Was amazing! I went in completely unsure of what I was going to purchase but Jeff was so patient and attentive with all of my question that in no time I was driving out in a new Cayenne!

Emily was an amazing professional, she made the entire transaction from start to finish flawless. She even went the extra mile when I forgot my check book at home and drove me home to pick it up.
