I can see that Moe and Mohammad truly care about their customers & did everything in their power to fix the screen on my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. The entire ordeal was just upsetting and I pride myself on being a loyal customer. I would like to come to them for all future needs, but our first encounter unfortunately left a lot to be desired.
Edit: took my S23 Ultra to an authorized Samsung Repair shop and they said Moe had the screws put in incorrectly, missing the wifi antenna which explained why my wifi kept disconnecting, and they bent a piece of the inner frame. I'm shocked, because that's beyond negligence. Thank you to ubreakifixit in PBG for fixing my Samsung.
