Christopher was the tech who came out to service the auger and some other parts so my ice maker would start dispensing ice appropriately. It now works properly. The technician was very polite and professional.

I encountered an issue with my LG fridge where the craft ice was not being produced. Fortunately, I had purchased the extended warranty from Home Depot through Square Trade. The service was exceptional; they made multiple follow-ups and had to reschedule the repair due to Hurricane Milton. Once the weather cleared, the technician arrived promptly, replaced the ice maker in about 15 minutes, and was very professional and friendly throughout the visit. I am thoroughly impressed with the service and would definitely recommend the Home Depot extended warranty to others.
