I had a good buying experience with the salesman. I needed to buy a mattress but at his encouragement I brought a new box spring to support the mattress also. I now regret my purchase of the box spring which was broken only after less than six months of normal use. My old box spring that I replace was in good condition and 5 years old but the salesman said I needed a new box spring for better sleeping with the new mattress, I called the company to get info on the warranty but they only answered about replacement for $199 valued at $299. They sell poor equipment from their manufactory source and do not backup their products. i will never do business with these cheapskates again and tell all my friends and family about there poor service. Qne question why would I spend more money on poorly manufactured bedding with your company?????

I had a wonderful experience yesterday at Bedding Barn. My sales rep, Jeana, was amazing. She is very knowledgeable and helped me to select the perfect mattress. They offer next day delivery. I can't wait for my new mattress to arrive this afternoon!! :)

Such a nice establishment to buy a mattress. Bill was very nice and is the way every salesman should be. He was knowledgeable and didnt pressure you into anything. He answered all our questions and was even patient when we can back for the third time. I would definitely go back to buy mattresses for our other rooms and tell my friends if they need a new one. Thank you Bill
