Subject: Truist Bank: An Unparalleled Nightmare of IncompetenceMy recent encounter with Truist Bank stands out as the epitome of incompetence, making it the most pathetic experience I've endured with any business. To anyone considering signing up, I strongly urge you to steer clear and save yourself the agony.Attempting to access MY OWN MONEY has become a Kafkaesque journey. I've visited their branch four times, only to be met with unhelpful and indifferent service. The pinnacle of absurdity was on a Friday morning when, shockingly, they had just one banker on duty. Time wasted, frustration multiplied.Truist Bank seems to be holding my funds hostage, demanding an identification process rivaling national security clearances. A driver's license and passport weren't sufficient; apparently, I need to bring the President of the United States to vouch for me. They even insisted on my 23andMe results, as if my genetic makeup holds the key to accessing my account.In all honesty, the only reason I'd recommend anyone to visit this bank is to promptly cancel their account. This has been an excruciatingly time-consuming process, and Truist Bank has redefined inefficiency and customer inconvenience to a level I never thought possible. Save yourself the trouble – stay far away from Truist Bank.

Stay away from this bank period! It doesn’t matter the branch. This is the worst experience I’ve had with any business. This bank has wasted hours of my life. I wouldn’t recommend this bank to anyone. I’m making sure any family or friends will NEVER do business with this bank. You’re better off choosing ANY of bank on the face of this earth! You’ll get a better experience if you kept your money under your mattress!!! DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK!!!!

I over heard Amanda being rude to one of our employees trying to cash one of our checks at her branch. Okeechobee and Haverhill. She’s refusing to cash a check signed by the owner who she is claiming after 10 years isn’t a signer on his own account. Now the owner is driving to location to help this man get paid so we don’t lose a valuable employee! We should move all our money , we have 3 business accounts with this bank! Unbelievable!

This was my bank since the bank that owned it before them . The staff (Andre, Amanda, Melini and Porsha are so great. They are quick. And they remember their customers. The lobby is clean and so is the parking lot. They always greet me by first name and Porsha really helped us with much needed financial help. Love you guys

Apparently you can't invest in anything when you bank with BB&T my account is blocked due "unusual transactions" with no time frame given even though you tell them what exactly happened. I mean I only have a family feed and I only have bills to pay especially in these rough times. I came for something so simple and you guys are literally doing the most. You guys need to give me my money that I worked for this is outragous. How much of garbage do you have to be to do that? GIVE ME MY MONEY.
