I had a great experience with bath fitter redoing my mother's bathroom . From the lady that came out and explained everything with great detail and gave the estimate to Jonathan that was a pleasure to work with and set up the permit and scheduling . And then Oscar who came and did an excellent job transforming the tub to a shower . Great job !

I recently had Bill Taylor from Bath Fitters come fix my old and outdated bathroom. Not only did he do a fantastic job but he was extremely helpful and a pleasure to have and speak with! I would highly recommend Bill for any Bath Fitters projects you may have!

I had BathFitter redo a bathroom tub for me almost twenty years ago when I owned a home and just recently had them transform my existing tub/shower into a shower in my 55+condo community with additional safety features since I am a disabled veteran. I was very pleased with both jobs separated over a period of twenty years which is a testimonial to BathFitters high standards of excellence. From the initial consultation to the final completion of the job, BathFitter personnel from both the administrative and workman side performed flawlessly. I wish to commend the following individuals involved in my project: Mike A.(plumber) & Mike W.(installer) whom besides doing high quality work took the time to explain to me any details that I had questions about; Jonathan Rubio who facilitated my permit process and kept me in constant communication; and finally I wish to express my gratitude to both Sheree & Crissy at the BathFitter office who guided me through the entire process and were extremely professional and polite to me. I would highly recommend anyone considering a remodel of their bathtub to consider BathFitter to complete the job as they are unmatched in the industry.Michael Clarke

Fantastic service from start to finish. This is the Palm Beach branch 242. First, phone customer service person very friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to provide answers. Next, Bob who came to quite and measure. He was excellent. Then Michael A who did first part of job. Wow what a nice guy. He made sure everything was done as close to perfect as possible. Finally, Jake H came in and was very, very good. He work, and that of Michael was top notch. I am so glad I used Bath Fitters

Our experience was great from beginning to end. Raul (sales) was prompt, congenial, knowledgeable and professional, and not pushy at all. He guided us through the process, was well versed in the product offering, and put together the perfect package for us within our price range. Oscar, installer, was also prompt, congenial, knowledgeable and professional, he was also very neat and didn't inconvenience us at all during the install. The bath is also across the hall from my office and I was rarely disturbed by any noise. It was also interesting watching the Bath Fitter process. Oscar worked like a man on a mission and when he was done, left the bathroom in pristine condition. I recommend Bath Fitter to everyone considering a bathroom makeover, we couldn't be happier. Paul

Our 2/2 condo is circa 1986, purchased "as is" with the original shower stall and bath tub. The shower stall also had the old frosted glass doors and double tracks. Our condo association requires we use licensed insured tradesmen when common elements are involved, or pay for damages caused by a handyman. Florida does not require handymen to have a license. Lead time was 6 weeks, which was okay with me. Scheduling seemed to go okay but then I received email notices about an appointment I did not book, and then a start time of 10 am - 12 pm the day I booked for 8 am. I do not have a flexible schedule, and have to ask for PTO 2 weeks in advance, so I was really unhappy. However, they responded to my email and voicemail message within a half hour, even though it was a bit after-hours. Expectation of noise level and duration: the salesperson told me about a half hour of drilling the old pan and liner. There were cement blocks behind the tiles, so there was hammering in addition to drilling, which lasted for 1 hour, and then intermittently for another 2 hours. Our installer was Corey, and he called me in advance to ask about parking. He was punctual (8 am), well-organized, experienced, and skilled. He explained what he was going to do, answered questions, and was respectful and courteous. Corey actually finished in about 5 hours since I only ordered 1 shelf, and no doors. My installer Corey deserves a 5-star rating. We will see how the installation holds up over time, but I am pleased at the results.

Previous owners installed a Bath Fitter unit in 2017. Bath Fitters came out and did a repair at no fee and no questions asked. WOW!

I had my two bathtubs done and I love them! The existing tubs were starting to rust through and one even leaked and caused a lot of damage to my kitchen and spare room but not anymore!! Oscar did a fantastic job and worked his rear off! One bathroom was done Wednesday and the other today (Friday). They were flexible and convenient and super friendly and Oscar was on time both days and was just so friendly. Thanks Oscar!!! I forgot to take a before picture of the spare bathroom but the finished/last picture is the after photo already in use!
