The manager greeted me immediately and helped me to avoid the long line at the tellers. Very efficient and knowledgeable of the service that would best suit me for my transaction. Was literally completed in less than 10mins. Also pleasant and professional conversation.

I had to make deposits for my business, and there were issues on my end because I was newly promoted and didn't know how to really do the process and I had Miguel and he was the nicest, most patient man. He told me he was also new, but he was so on the ball and kind and funny. He made me feel at ease. You guys definitely made the right choice in hiring Miguel. Thank you!!

Horrible customer service there was a bald head Haitian man that Was supposed to be the manager and a bank associate (women) that did not helpMe at all but continued to help everyone but me and rushed me out because they were closingHORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TERRIBLE!!!!!

Worse experience at a bank I’ve ever had today. The lady that stands at the front desk was so rude and disrespectful, After she signed me in she told me 15-20 mins. I patiently waited 30mins just to be skipped by someone that just sat down, and was told, the reason is because she had an appointment. But I just watched her signed her in, and then she rudely tells me the agent will be with me when he’s done. Even though she just told me he’d be help me any minute. Makes me want to get rid of this bank. Never coming back here!

Thee only bank to have an empty lobby and many workers with empty offices and i still sat for an hour . I do not suggest going to this bank

The team that works in this bank is the best. They will do everything they can to help you out and so far, they have been successful. Ms Trisha in particular is a wonderful person with a kind personality and determined to resolve all issues in a positive manner. I am thankful to be banking with this particular branch. :)

HOMEOWNERS/ AUTO PURCHASES BEWARE using Bank of America for your loans. They lost our information and we failed to get our lien release in a timely manner and incurred months of fees due to their negligence. We waited exactly 7 months for them to find our file, issue a lien release and have the DMV reinstated our paperwork. If we were to be a family that came from $$ im sure this would have been addressed immedietly but it took over 12 members to handle the situation. I am warning all other parties to hold on to your documentation because if you lose it your just a number and their negligence will only cost you.

Worst bank of all time, waste of your time and control of your money.They put my paycheck through a drive tru ATM, it out it on hold for 7 days. After I finally got it, I transferred my money to Chase through Zelle because I want to close the account with them since they're the worst, they locked my account and told me to call the security line. I called the security line, they told me to visit a branch to verify my self, so I visited a branch, they didn't know why this is happening so they are calling the security line again to find out why and im here now waiting, it's been more than 20 mins of waiting, locked accounts, & NO control of my money. Because of them im late on rent, bills and buying meds for my family as they need it. It breaks my heart not be able to do anything but waiting for 8 days since I got my paycheck and its still on hold. But my advice please use another bank and donot work with Bank of America. Go to the main HQ on google maps and read the reviews. My advice cancel your accounts asap and find another bank.Thank you.

I had such a wonderful experience here. I had a weird situation with my money that required a lot of patience and kindness. Johnny was able to give me just that! He was so kind and helped me through every process because I am young and this was my first time at the bank. I truly enjoyed coming in here!
