My standard poodle has been a patient of Dr. Baker since he was 8 weeks old. She is extremely knowledgeable and caring. I also always get excellent service from her staff!

The vet tech inaccurately assessed my dog and gave him the wrong vaccine! What a nightmare. She issued a 1-year rabies vaccine when he was qualified and due for a 3-year rabies vaccine. She printed out the wrong forms and made several mistakes. The same tech was rude and discourteous from the day I made the appointment over the phone. Not sure if she is commission-based, or just plain malicious, but this particular vet tech was aggressively trying to squeeze more money out of me for my dogs visit.
On top of that, several rude remarks were made out loud about my dog in front of both of us. Avoid them at all costs!

From the front desk staff to Dr. Baker herself, what an incredible team of people dedicated to helping your animal thrive. We have been going there for daycare for more than a year along with vet visits and boarding. I trust them with my dog and without hesitation. Great group!

Dr. Baker was so kind to my cat and me. She explained everything that was happening to my pet. She provided the treatment that it was needed. It was a great experience, and the price soòo reasonable. Excellent!

Horrible ! They wouldn't listen to me . My dog had a simple ear infection . They packed it . All I needed was the drips and a good cleaner. Charged me 300 dollars for a visit. left with no medication other than a packed ear . Didn't work at all . Then wanted me to come back in pay again to re pack it . I asked them for the drops and still they wouldn't give them to me. No reason not to . We knew what bacteria it was I know what works on my dog as well. I was suggesting but still juts wouldn't listen. All about getting the bill higher and to keep going back in. Went to anther vet and they gave me the drops and a cleaner , ear was dong better in a day.

Baker Veterinary Clinic is the best. I tried all the big name veterinarians and was disappointed both in terms of veterinary service and customer service. Drs. Baker and Gonzalez have treated my dog very well. I have taken him there for multiple exams, vaccinations, diet choices, and supplements. I have found them to be genuine and caring. The offices and facilities are very clean and upscale. The staff is very friendly and making an appointment is easy either over the phone or by text. They have an online ordering service for medications as well as dog food. I would recommend Baker Veterinary Clinic to anyone who wants a better veterinarian for your pet.
