Yes my experience that Badcock on Cherry Road I dealt with many at store 209 he was awesome very nice very customer service he was willing to help and go above to make sure I understood and I was happy with what I was looking for I would recommend him anytime if you're looking for a good salesman shop it back on Cherry Road thanks Manny you're the best

I have been costumer with this location since 2019 and i have made multiple purchases through all those years and i always paid on time . However last year i bought multiple pieces and unfortunately was not in a high quality and it did not meet my expectation . I had issue with my items 5 months after i bought them and they deny to fix the problem . They missed the appointment couple of times and they never answer phone calls and they denied to replace the items neither give a discount . Long story short they are unprofessional and they go to your home to harass you and check your credit to get your addresses without permission. ALSO THEY THREAT PEOPLE TO GO TO COURT IF THEY ARE NOT PAYING WHILE THEY NEVER SOLVE THE PROBLEM !!
SOLVE THE COSTUMER PURCHASES AND OFFER A FAIR DISCOUNT OR REPLACE THE ITEM . Unprofessional and one star is too much for you .

Many red carpet walks for Diane, she is incredibly one of the few of the best! Thank you so very much for your kindness. Thank you John for being you! This is our neighborhood furniture!
