PBI airport Avis is the friendliest group ever! I always get help with my baggage on the tram. That is very unusual! The people are always in a good mood and so friendly and when I’m coming back to the airport, they are so welcoming and helpful ….trams are always on time!

I had to go to this location because I was given a car that was shaking so bad in FLL airport. Charlie took good care of us. Thanks to him and his customer service and energy. Even if we had to go out of our way to switch car him being so nice made a difference.
