Alex M. from the store on 7300 S. Dixie Hwy., West Palm Beach, was absolutely amazing! On our visit on 1/6/2024, he took the time to explain things to us and was so incredibly helpful. Luis/Junior, was amazing customer service, we came over with a dead battery, he immediately came out to us was capable, friendly and high-quality service, you could tell he cares about his customers, and he had us out of there within 10 minutes, great experience, go see Luis /Junior S, you won’t be let down. Julio Bustamante helped me since I arrived at the store. I was looking for a battery for my car. My husband was out of the country. He did me the favor of helping me assemble the battery. He came to my house to help me because his kindness went beyond. He was my guardian angel!! May God bless all workers of this style. Bravo for Autozone!!!!

Today I went in and was helped and greeted by an employee named Osmar and let me tell you, he was absolutely patient, calm and collective, and very helpful and informative! I have been to many local stores and they all have treated me like I was dumb or acted annoyed to help me. But Osmar was the sweetest guy iv ever experienced at any Autozone! I will be coming to this location anytime I need anything for my cars as long as Osmar is employed there. Thank you Osmar for your help today!

Rudy was great! I came in to replace my battery and he showed me my two different options and helped me chose the best one for me. Junior installed my new battery. I had to get my daughter from daycare and he was able to replace my battery within 10/15 minutes.
