I used to take all my company truck and cars here. But, alas, everything comes to an end. 3 repairs in 3 weeks for the same thing. Each time I got charged, but still broken. You be the judge, but we are done. How hard could it be to diagnose a Toyota Tacoma?

Started using ATO because they are actually equipped to handle larger commercial vehicles. Had a few issues with a couple of my lawn trucks recently. Allie and Maryann in the office are rockstars. They were able to find parts for me quickly that were backordered and had my trucks repaired in a timely manner. They also communicated with me throughout the entire process. 5 stars. Highly recommend.

This must be one of the most untrustworthy shops around , besides stealing my tools from the back of my truck, they never finish the job they were overly paid for had to bring it somewhere else. If you value a working car in your money, you will look elsewhere and not deal with the shysters.

I had an emergency with my diesel truck and called ATO at around 1 PM. They made room for me that day and repaired my issue by 4:30 the same day. I called Ford and never heard a word and still haven't heard back from Ford in two weeks.I also took my truck back to have three more issues repaired, again since Ford could not help and another Ford in Ft Lauderdale wanted an astronomical amount of money.ATO is my new shop for my truck repairs. They are great on price, timing and honest.As for the staff...Maryanne and Mike are very very pleasant and other staff as well.Thank you ATO for all you did for me.Clayton

Update Look at the Mike Cataldo, the owner's response to me, and this is mine back to him.
Thank you for your response. I was very grateful for the loaner.
I said that twice. I also said I couldn't afford it and that I would drop the car and not worry about the loaner. I was told it didn't matter; you couldn't fit me in until Friday.
Let's try and address the real issue and not deflect onto the customer.
You never told me there was a problem with the axle on the original estimate or when I picked up the car. That is the issue. Wouldn't it be nice to take responsibility of your mistakes rather than calling a customer names. It doesn't matter. Your response says it all. Enjoy the bonus you received from an innocent consumer. Stay well.
Today I took it to another shop, a truly honest one. He got into the car intending to take it for a test drive. I turned the wheel left and then right. He heard the noise, got out of the car, checked underneath and behind the wheel. In less than 10 minutes he saw the tire rods were installed backwards.
PLEASE look at this business owner's response, AND how they took advantage. This is a real review. Are you sure about the others.
Please be very careful when using this shop. Seems like they appear to be honest and forthcoming, however if given the opportunity, they will take advantage. I will try and sum up my experience because folks need to know and not read the many many many positive reviews like I did.
Because of the reviews, I took my car in for an oil change. They appeared polite and caring, even gave me an estimate to fix my car.(over $2k including tax). Brake pads, engine mounts, rods, struts to name a couple. It is a 2007, so I knew it needed repairs, however they seemed like they knew what they were doing. They didn't include a repair that had been recommended to me a year ago, which I was grateful for. Even gave me a loaner( gas guzzler) .
Long story short, got the car back, and it ran worse than when I brought it in. Terrible grinding sound when parking and making u turns, and pulsating when applying brakes. I called and asked if it's supposed to do that. They said no, bring in back. They had an opening on Friday. I had to wait 4 days.
They called me back and told me it needed $1600 more worth or work. First they said they didn't hear the grinding until they replaced the mounts, and would have to replace what was recommended a year ago. Did they not do a test drive? Who returns a car that grinds. Who provides an estimate with only half of the items that need to be replaced.
I can't say for sure if I was taken advantage of, if they are incompetent, or if they truly are dishonest.
All I'd like to do is warn you to make sure you get a second opinion regarding everything they do OR say they have to do.
