I have owned many expensive cars, this is my first Aston and my first interaction with WPB Aston Martin and it was not good. I was warned about this from some Aston owners I have spoken to, but I decided to see for myself and form my own opinion. I went in to talk to the service dept. about the car I had just bought, which was originally supplied by WPB Aston and always serviced by them, plus to order some parts and get prices on some other parts I may well need. I went to service first. You would think I was asking for the winning lottery numbers, the guy couldn't wait to get rid of me. First impressions count and this was a bad one. I don't mind being told something cannot be done, somethings are not possible I know that, but I do mind how it is said and when you know this person has no interest in what you are saying is just rude. It didn't appear to be very busy as there were 3 people all gathered around not doing a lot, but there could have some drama going on behind the scenes that I'm not aware of, but I doubt it. I was still trying to ask other questions of this guy when he started walking away from me. I got the feeling no one gave a damn. I didn't go to the parts department as I was pretty angry. I didn't get a "sorry I couldn't help", or "is there anything else I can help you with" or "you might try this", nothing no alternative suggestion just "nope" when I asked "so thats it then there is nothing else you can suggest that would help me?". Quite unbelievable I should have listened to those that warned me and saved my time. I actually drove up there as I couldn't get through on the phone either. I will not go back and I will make sure if asked by other Aston owners about my first and only interaction with WPB Aston Martin.

garbage service center. took my car in for service and was told a part would have to be ordered. it has now been almost 3 weeks I have called 4 times now and been told that they are not sure if the part has even been ordered someone will get back to me and have yet to get any callback!!

I was in the process of purchasing a 2015 Aston Rapide S from Aston Martin Palm Beach over the last several days. The advertised price was $95,900 on the US Aston Martin web site. However, when they sent me the purchase agreement to sign, the price was increased to $114,990. when I questioned this with Finance, I was told they would sort it out on Monday, as my sales person was off today. I later got a call from somebody named Paul, which to suggest that the error was made by Aston Martin USA, and they did know how this could have happened. I responded, that's okay, and that I would sort it out with Harry on Monday. paul responded, no you won't. I am Harry's boss and there is no way I am selling that car to you for the advertised price. That was it, end of conversation. No apology if an error was made, and certainly not taking any responsibility for the error (if indeed there was an error, other than they simply underpriced it when they prepared the listing). I am in San Diego, and I have been searching for a car all over for a year. I would suggest that if you are looking for an Aston, there are plenty of other dealerships that will go out of their way for their customers, that are courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. EX-CEL-LENT !!! Second car I buy from this dealer : best experience in the past 30 years /28 cars ! Extremely professional and courteous , fast and clean negotiation , no hassles , no tricks , out of the dealership on my DB11 in 90 minutes , with a big smile on my face. Patricia, who guided me through the build process for my new vehicle, was excellent. She was very patient, had great suggestions and always had my interests in mind throughout the process. The entire sales process was pleasurable, which is often not the case when purchasing a new vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership and look forward to working with them going forward.
