This is my second car purchase from this dealership over a 5 year span! Honestly, they have been easy to work with, fair on pricing, and both vehicles have been in top shape when I received them. Definitely recommend this dealership!

Bunch of peasants at this dealership, they add on extra % on your loan, then they try to use a tactic that they will lower your interest rate on the loan if you add extra add on to your deal. The finance guy was pissed off when we said NO, even tho he had added points on the loan already from what they had from Ally auto. Bunch of low life peasants working there, be careful if you go there. If you're an older car guy, please don't go there they will try to get you any way they can. I'm kind of glad they didn't make much on the trade in I gave them. Overall stay away from these peasants.

This is my second purchase of an Aston Martin from Palm Beach Aston Martin. I just added the DBX 707 to my DB 11. Both are fabulous cars and the purchase experience working with Don Cody rates a 10 on a 1-10 scale. Don knows his stuff and was particularly helpful when we built the car together. He is professional and knowledgeable. It is a pleasure to purchase a car from a person and organization that enjoys the experience as much as I do. Thanks Don. I am having a blast with this incredible vehicle!

They most likely will not post my review. Where too start? I'm a car guy I paint engines I work on cars I have owned many exotic cars. I have even turned my poor daughter into one of us car people. My daughter and I were looking for an Aston, as I have never owned one. After looking everywhere we decided on a Timeless Certified Aston "their CPO cars" even though it was the highest cost car with the shortest term on a warranty and not particularly good trade in for my old AMG GT that had very low miles.On the way home the transmission was broken it had a very loud whine but louder than hydraulic hiss, Very Loud. Oh but that's not all, the A/C center vents were broken you could not direct air any where but up towards the ceiling. Also one of the vents were actually physically broken off it wasn't attached to the lever that adjusts the vents. I called them and in three days I would bring it back. Oh but that's not all, the next day I decided to wash the car and as I rinsed the car a black substance was washing away leaving massive amounts of paint damage on the front and quarter panels. My daughter and I inspected this car and it appeared to have the best paint of any of the three other cars we looked at. So unless the dealership never washed the car they had concealed paint damage. There were even signs of attempted paint repair looked like rattle can. I can repair the paint but only because of having thousands of dollars in gear, and skill in blending paint. Still 15- 20 hour not counting curing time and paint cost that I hadn't planned on.After over two months they finally say they have fixed the trans and A/C. I don't trust them this car never should have been a CPO car. Now they want to pay me 26k less for the car than I paid for it I have lost 1000 in warranty prorated time, and they sold my old car 9 days after listing it they made 10k on that car. They are so greedy they only want to sell another car so they can make more money. I called Aston Martin U.S. and they couldn't do anything to make this dealership do what's right. I have zero faith in this dealership on any level, they can't even inspect a car correctly. I have no choice but to dump this money pit before it breaks again. I am paying for an Aston insuring an Aston but driving a stripped Jag XE rental car.

I recently bought a 2022 Aston Martin DBX. I took it to the West Palm Aston Martin dealer for service. I was received with a very unwelcoming attitude that made me feel not wanted nor needed at that dealership.I asked for warranty repairs , few were done and a couple of issues, I was told that were fine, and does not need any fixing.I was told I was not going to get a loaner because I bought my car from another location.Another issue came up with my car, and I felt burdened by dealing with these people at that Aston Martin dealership. I searched, and I found another Aston Martin dealership South and I contacted them and what a difference in the quality of the people and the service and the care that I was offered at that location. All the car issues were fixed by competent and decent service employees.As a busy surgeon and as a man of reputation, I regret to write this review, but I felt that I am reporting what many other customers have mentioned to me about the service at that location.

Purchased a DBS at Aston Martin Palm Beach. The sales process was flawless and was one of the best car buying experiences I have had. Special thanks to Don Cody, the sales manager, for going above and beyond. Living in Ft. Lauderdale, I will be making the trip North to buy my next Aston.
