I was not 100% that I wanted to get rid of my current vehicle. I saw this Durango on their website and was convinced that I wanted this vehicle. I live about an hour from the dealership so I did not see the truck in person. I reached out to Arrigo through their website and was contacted by Daniel Cristea. I told him what I wanted but was not convinced yet to pull the trigger. I wasn't in the mood for going back and forth... I did let Daniel know what it would take for me to drive there and make the purchase. He made it happen. I drove there. Saw the vehicle. Still wanted it, and told him to write it up. I do have to say that this was the most simple, easiest, and pleasurable experience I had ever when buying a car. Everything was agreed upon before leaving my house. The entire experience including drive to and from took 3.5 hours. I would definitely recommend this place, and if you are lucky enough to work with Daniel Cristea, do it.

I purchased a vehicle back in May. I don't even know where to start..
There's a lot wrong with this place. All I can say is do your vehicle shopping somewhere else.

Awful. It's ironic that this dealer discusses their pride in customer service in their message above. We bought a brand new, loaded pacifica from this Arrigo - while still under warranty the electrical systems failed. However, the "roadside service" they sell you on refused to pick up my wife and child (Better keep your AAA account up to date). So my wife and 2 y.o. were stranded in Florida summer heat and had to have family come push her car to an auto parts store to replace the battery. The electrical issues continue, so we take the car in for service. They fix the electrical issue, and say the NEW battery is dead. They insist that since we went to an outside vendor for the battery (due to their failure in customer service), they would be charging us for the replacement caused by THEIR CAR! The cost was more than double the cost of the actual battery (I know since I was forced to pay for both) and after I complained, the quoted cost magically went up from $399 to over $530 which they said was for "taxes." We escalated the issue, but no - they confirmed that there policy is you can spend $60k on a car, and then after that Arrigo doesn't give a dang about you. Ridiculous. Don't trust them or their supposed "customer service" whether it's the dealer, their service center, or chrysler customer care. As a fleet manager at work, worst dealer I've dealt with and I won't be returning to people who don't stand by their word or their vehicles.

I had to post a second review because i didn’t have enough space to finish on my first one; then 20 minutes later they came back showing me the information that the salesperson hoa wrote down directly from my drivers license and he managed to mistype a 6 letter last name directly from my license, an hour of our time was all but wasted due to their unprofessionalism and incompetence. After this we told them that we would just come back tomorrow at 9 when they had the key back from their general manager and after they had it detailed which they promised, when we got there at 9am the next day we had to wait another 20 minutes just for them to end up telling us not only was the key not at their maintenance office or with their manager but they had somehow lost it, in one week they managed to lose a key to a car that they were planning on selling us, how could this happen?? and why was it only brought up when i asked to go take another look at the car? they then told us that they would get another key in about 5 days and when we asked for another key because the car from the factory comes with 2 keys they said they couldn’t, not even if we paid for the 2nd key and in the end we told them that unless they can get us the 2 keys for a 45 thousand dollar used car we simply wouldn’t buy it from them, they continuously showed patterns of disrespect and unprofessionalism, this place is one bad day away from becoming a sketchy facebook marketplace used car dealership, neither of those cars should even be up for sale, one is a safety hazard and the other one somehow doesn’t have a key, the alleged customer that was coming to see the car must’ve not been very thrilled about driving all the way over to their dealership just to be told that they couldn’t find the key.. This dealership desperately needs new and competent staffing, on top of this they should really be looked into for their sketchy business practices. I also forgot to mention that they ran our credit 4 different times without verbal or signed permission. This place is an absolute mess and a lawsuit waiting to happen. If you want hospitable and non pushy or rude staff, presentable clean cars or maybe even a salesperson with decency and who isn’t rude, this is NOT the dealership you should go to. save yourself the trouble and avoid it at all costs. Worst dealership i have ever been to.

We went in a week ago to test drive a bmw m340i listed for 38k with a salesman called hoa vu. As it turns out the final price was 51k?? their “most competitive prices” are just lies, their arrigo advantage is a 3000 dollar oil and air filter change, and then there’s the other 10k in fees that they claim are “taxes”. After an hour or so they ended up going down to 46k which didn’t work for us, we said 45k or nothing and they told us they’d remove 20 dollars and do 45980, which felt insulting.. we told them again that we could do 45k flat and if they changed their minds they could let us know and then left, about a week later i called hoa about another car, a 2022 m340i which on the website was said to be in good condition which was backed up by the salesmen, if you can call him that, and he also told me that he could do 45k flat for the original 2021 m340i we went to see a week prior and that someone else was also coming to see the car tomorrow, i booked an appointment for the next day and when we got there we had to wait over 30 minutes for him to finish with another client, around 20 minutes into the wait we saw him walk by and asked for the key to the 2022 m340i that we went to go see and the second we opened the door we were met with a horrendous cigarette infused car, we were even able to smell it from over 20 feet away and all we did was open the driver side door, the car was a moving biohazard, all it took was one glance and one whiff for us to realize we did not want the car and that it would probably never be sold to anyone but another heavy smoker, not only this but there was dirt and gunk on the steering wheel buttons and there were liquid stains on the door panels and roof, these were also in the listing photos but i assumed that surely someone would at least use a wet wipe or make an effort at making it look a little more presentable before our scheduled appointment, but this is yet again another symptom of their un professionalism. When we asked Hoa why he didn’t mention anything about the smell he said that all i did was ask to see the car and that it’s not on him to tell us these things, he just about tried to blame us for choosing to come see the car, and showed no remorse or and didn’t even offer an apology for not only failing to mention anything about the smell but for even subjecting us to it. we again felt disrespected, which is something to be expected from this dealership. After we sat down we asked him about the 2021 m340i from the week before and 15 minutes later he came back and handed us a paper that said 46500 which almost 600 more than what they offered us last time and over 1500 more than what we agreed to on the phone, on top of this the car on the website had gone down about 600 dollars as well, presumably because it’s been sitting there for over 3 months because i’m sure the extra 13k in hidden fees scares away almost all of their potential buyers. when i brought up what we had discussed on the phone the night before he tried to act the fool and pretend like he had no idea what i was talking about, we flat out told him that we were going to pay 45k for the car like we agreed on the phone or we were leaving and as it turns out after he spoke to his manager it jogged his memory and when he came back he threw the paper on the table and said “sign it” not look over the paper, not i was able to get you guys a better price but a gesture of disrespect and in a disrespectful tone as well, it’s frankly embarrassing that he should even be allowed within arms distance of a customer. While we were going over payment options for the car and giving him some of our information i asked to go take a second look at the car because if they were willing to disregard the lit cigar of a car they showed us what else could they potentially not mention. almost 20 minutes later they told me first that the key was in the maintenance office and then 5 minutes later that their general manager had it, then 10 minutes later they told me that they couldn’t find me with the information i gave them.

I spent several weekends being scammed by Miami dealers luring me to come see trucks they didn't have or in barely the condition they advertised. Most of them did not even start because the batteries were dead or we're not even drivable. Daniel was a breath of fresh air. Within minutes of contacting him he sent me back detailed information about the vehicle including a video walkthrough showing the condition. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle do not hesitate to contact Daniel at Arrigo Alfa Romeo of West Palm.
